★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi tudo ótimo.. Um pouco burocrático como em qualquer capital. Mas no final deu tudo certo. Espero poder voltar a fazer negócios. Thuany q me atendeu foi super simpática e prestativa.
 Everything was great. A bit bureaucratic as in any capital. But in the end everything worked out. I hope I can get back to doing business. Thuany who attended me was super friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fiquei satisfeita. Mas ok. Devem estar muito bem no mercado a ponto de não precisarem dar a devida atenção ao cliente. Eu pedia algo e foi dito coisas sem nexo. Obrigada por sua falta de atenção.
I was not satisfied. But OK. They must be very well in the market to the point where they don't need to pay enough attention to the customer. I asked for something and was told nonsense things. Thank you for your lack of attention.

Removing the bureaucracy to rent a property! I do not recommend. They never solve anything. Always has to be the tenant!

Pena que não tenho a opção de *nao* marcar as estrelas. Seria mais que merecido.
Awful. I was interested in a property. They didn't answer my question and the company's watz even sent a statement that it was going to close the service due to excess time without use.
Seriously?
Too bad I don't have the option to *not* mark the stars. It would be more than deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro fora de Joao Pessoa e busquei por apartamentos via internet. Iniciei ha dez dias meu contato com a empresa por meio da atendente Alda. Demorou para atender e disse que nao faziam visitas via chamada de video e descartou totalmente minhas solicitacoes de procura por novos apartamentos. Entrei novamente em contato para perguntar de um segundo apartamento com a atendente Thuanny. Diferentemente da outra atendente, solicitou o tour online. Olhei dois apts, no qual o tour foi conduzido pelo Felipe (unica pessoa da empresa que realmente foi profissional. Agradecida!). Reservei com a Thuanny o apartamento e iniciei na sexta o preenchimento da minha ficha cadastral e envio de todos os documentos por email. Nessa segunda, fiquei aguardando o contrato. Na quarta, como a Thuanny nao retornava, liguei na empresa e me disseram que o apartamento ja tinha sido locado por outra pessoa e que a Thuanny estava de atestado!!!! Perdi tempo, me comprometi financeiramente, pois deixei de olhar outros apts, minha mudanca ira chegar e nao tenho onde colocar meus moveis, pois fiquei quinze dias em contato com uma empresa totalmente desorganizada e irresponsável com os compromissos discutidos com clientes, ainda por cima nao houve nenhum retorno do gerente, pois liguei para tentar entender o ocorrido e nada, nenhum interesse em explicar!! Péssimos! Infelizmente, tive que colocar uma estrela quando na verdade deveria ser zero estrelas aqui na avaliacao.
I live outside Joao Pessoa and I looked for apartments via the internet. I started my contact with the company ten days ago through the attendant Alda. He took a long time to answer and said they didn't do visits via video call and completely dismissed my requests for looking for new apartments. I got back in touch to ask for a second apartment with the attendant Thanny. Unlike the other attendant, she requested the tour online. I looked at two apts, in which the tour was led by Felipe (the only person in the company who was really professional. Thank you!). I booked the apartment with Thanny and started filling out my registration form on Friday and sending all the documents by email. This Monday, I was waiting for the contract. On Wednesday, as Thuanny did not return, I called the company and they told me that the apartment had already been rented by someone else and that Thuanny was attested!!!! I wasted time, I committed myself financially, because I stopped looking at other apts, my move will arrive and I have nowhere to put my furniture, because I was in contact for fifteen days with a totally disorganized and irresponsible company with the commitments discussed with customers, on top of that not there was no response from the manager, because I called to try to understand what happened and nothing, no interest in explaining!! Terrible! Unfortunately, I had to put one star when it should actually be zero stars here in the review.
