Best store to repair your handset. I have done several services and I highly recommend it. Just knowing that I can trust that they will not invent a defect or even change my pieces is worth it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a tela/frontal a aproximadamente 1 semana, no início ja fui mal atendido por uma atendente visto pela falta de vontade no atendimento era perceptível alem da postura de superioridade que nao se deve ter ao tratar um cliente. Os tecnicos, todos bem solicitos, fizeram a troca e eu levei o celular para casa. Apresentou falha no alto falante alem do volume baixo na saída de som do ouvido. Retornei a tekcell e me deram 1 dia para avaliar o problema sendo q a troca foi feita em 1h, apos avaliar ainda poderia demorar mais ainda para executar serviço caso precisasse. Não deixei o celular pq não estaria, no dia seguinte, em feira. Fica minha reclamação no atendimento de duas atendentes, a outra me atendeu com o mesmo perfil da primeira quando retornei, e também no pós venda/serviço.

I returned to tekcell and they gave me 1 day to assess the problem and q the change was made in 1 hour, after evaluating it could take even longer to perform service if needed. I didn't leave my cell phone because I wouldn't be at the fair the next day. My complaint remains in the service of two attendants, the other attended me with the same profile as the first when I returned, and also in the after sales / service.

DEIXEI PARA CONSERTO UM SAMSUNG A20 (TROCA DA TELA FRONTAL)
QUANDO FUI RETIRAR ,ME ENTREGARAM O APARELHO CHEIO DE COLA AO REDOR DO TELA PEGANDO TODA LATERAL , QUESTINEI ,TENTARAM LIMPAR NA HORA , SEM PODER REALIZAR OS TESTES POIS ESTAVA ENCOLVIDO COM VARIOS ELASTICOS, REALIZEI O TESTE EM CASA JA AS 19 HS , ONDE O DISPLAY ESTAVA TOTALMENTE ESCURO ,O Touch Screen NAO ABEDECIA OS COMANDOS,RETORNEI NA LOJA COM A MAIOR IRONIA O TEC. MATHEUS DISSE QUE NAO TINHA NADA,FUI MOSTRANDO PASSO A PASSO , ELE ENTAO DISSE QUE EU NAO COMPREI UMA PEÇA ORIGINAL (ENTAO EU NAO PODIA RECLAMAR??) MAIS EM QUAL MOMENTO ELE ME DISSE QUE TINHA PEÇA A, B OU C??

I LEFT A SAMSUNG A20 FOR REPAIR (CHANGE OF THE FRONT SCREEN)
WHEN I WENT TO REMOVE, THEY GIVED ME THE APPLIANCE FULL OF GLUE AROUND THE SCREEN, GETTING ALL SIDE, QUESTINED, TRYING TO CLEAN IT ON TIME, UNABLE TO PERFORM THE TESTS BECAUSE IT WAS COVERED WITH SEVERAL ELASTIC, WHERE I PERFORMED THE 19 HS AT HOME DISPLAY WAS TOTALLY DARK, THE TOUCH SCREEN WAS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE COMMANDS, I RETURNED INTO THE STORE WITH THE GREATEST IRONY OF THE TECH. MATHEUS SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING, I WAS SHOWING ME STEP BY STEP, HE THEN SAID THAT I DID NOT BUY AN ORIGINAL PIECE (SO I COULDN'T COMPLAIN??) MORE AT WHAT TIME HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A, B OR C??
THEN I PROPOSED TO MAKE A NEW EXCHANGE, WHICH I SAID NO, THEN I WOULD RETURN THE VALUE AND THE PHONE WOULD STAY FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS LA, THAT WAS 11 HOURS, I RETURNED AT 14 HOURS, THE PHONE WAS TOTALLY DAMAGED, NOT ONLY THE FRANTAL, MORE EVERYTHING, THE BACK COVER COMPLETELY CORRODED, THEN SAID I WOULD CHANGE, MORE FOR SUCH NON-ORIFINAL, WHO WAS LOSING?
BECAUSE I SAY IT'S NOT THAT WAY WE WON OUR VICTORIES, I JUST WANTED TO CHANGE THE FRONT AND THAT MY CELL PHONE RETURNED IN THE SAME WAY.
