Tive problema com a tela que foi posta na sacada, entrei em contato com a empresa, que marcou várias vezes, para providenciar o reparo e não compareceu e nem tampouco resolveu a pendência. Não fiquei satisfeita com o serviço, nem com a pós venda. Não recomendo!
This company does not respect its client, I hired the company to put protective screens in my apartment. I had a problem with the screen that was put on the balcony, I contacted the company, which scheduled several times, to arrange the repair and did not show up or resolve the pending issue. I was not satisfied with the service, nor with the after sales. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro contato foi ótimo quando estava contratando os serviços mas tivemos problemas com a rede que foi instalada a menos de 3 meses na sacada do meu apartamento e o pós venda não funciona. Estamos chamando eles para fazerem os reparos há 3 semanas. Se contratar, fique ciente que se precisar de reparos durante o período de garantia de instalação e do produto vc não terá dessa empresa.
The first contact was great when I was hiring the services but we had problems with the network that was installed less than 3 months ago on the balcony of my apartment and the after sale doesn't work. We've been calling on them to do the repairs for 3 weeks now. If you hire, be aware that if you need repairs during the installation and product warranty period, you will not have it from this company.
