★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa em si não posso reclamar, seus produtos são de excelente qualidade, porem, a vendedora que nos atende é uma péssima profissional. A mesma não retorna os emails com as cotações solicitadas, o mesmo só acontece quando ligo por varias vezes e assim mesmo o descaso e a falta de interesse com o cliente é grande. Pedi para falar com o gerente ou responsável e a mesma me disse que ela era a gerente e responsável pelo atendimento dela. Bom, creio eu que uma empresa como a Telbra tenha em seu quadro de funcionários alguém capacitado para gerir essa situação.
Gostaria muito que o Responsável entrasse em contato pois isso não é a primeira vez que acontece.
The company itself cannot complain, its products are of excellent quality, however, the saleswoman who serves us is a terrible professional. It does not return emails with the requested quotes, the same only happens when I call several times and even so the neglect and lack of interest with the customer is great. I asked to speak to the manager or responsible person and she told me that she was the manager and responsible for her service. Well, I believe that a company like Telbra has on its staff someone trained to manage this situation.
I would very much like the Responsible to get in touch as this is not the first time that it has happened.
