★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, levei a impressora para arrumar, fui informada que no prazo que no prazo de três dias me enviariam um email com o orçamente, após cinco dias procurei a loja, para uma satisfação, fui informada que a máquina estava aberta e que ainda não haviam feito orçamento, solicitei para trazê-la embora, porém essa estava aberta, me pediram para voltar atarde retirar, na tarde do mesmo dia chegou o orçamento. Perguntei quanto tempo demoraria para ficar pronta e foi me informado um prazo de dois dias, o que não ocorreu e me deram o prazo de mais dois dias, Conclusão: trouxe a impressora embora, sou professora e digitalizo e imprimo materiais a todo momento. Não indico!!!

I asked how long it would take to be ready and I was informed a period of two days, which did not happen and I was given a period of two more days, Conclusion: I brought the printer away, I am a teacher and I scan and print materials all the time. I do not indicate !!!
