Um produto de quase 2 mil reais que seria presente pro meu filho e nao consigo nem uma resposta da trasportadora , porque a mesma nem telefone tem ! Um falta de responsabilidade com o consumidor que paga 40 reais e so tem problemas !
It says my product was delivered to me, but it wasn't! When I requested proof of delivery, it has my name, a fake signature and a document that does not exist! A product of almost 2 thousand reais that would be present for my son and I can't even get an answer from the carrier, because she doesn't even have a phone! A lack of responsibility to the consumer who pays 40 reais and only has problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços muito bons! Mas dizem não assegurar sua carga, é necessário pedir uma nota na receita federal antes de despachar para ter o tal "seguro", sem essa nota eles dizem que sua carga não é responsabilidade deles caso suma ou algo quebre/danifique ?♂️
Mas a transportadora é rápida, problema mesmo são os funcionários de algumas unidades, enquanto em algumas cidades funciona super bem, rápido e são atenciosos em outras nem o telefone atendem.
Very good prices! But they say they do not insure your cargo, it is necessary to ask for a note in the Federal Revenue before shipping to have such "insurance", without that note they say that your cargo is not their responsibility if it disappears or something breaks / damages ?♂️
But the carrier is fast, the problem is even the employees of some units, while in some cities it works super well, fast and they are attentive in others not even the phone is answered.
