★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em um local que tem uma infraestrutura boa, tem boa localização e uma área ampla. Inclusive um salão coberto, um campo de futebol de areia, uma piscina e banheiros. Gostei muito do local principalmente porque é possível alugar para eventos, no entanto, está pouco conservado, tendo em vista que, existem equipamentos abandonados espalhadas pelo local (uma gigantesca máquina de ferro que parece uma prensa industrial em estado de corrosão avançada), a arquibancada do campo está quebrada, as barracas de lanche também se encontram quebradas. Por fim, o local é uma boa opção para eventos que precisem de espaço e poucas acomodações.
In a place that has a good infrastructure, it has a good location and a large area. Including a covered lounge, a beach soccer field, a swimming pool and bathrooms. I really liked the place mainly because it is possible to rent for events, however, it is poorly preserved, considering that there are abandoned equipment scattered around the place (a gigantic iron machine that looks like an industrial press in an advanced corrosion state), the bleachers the countryside is broken, the snack stands are also broken. Finally, the venue is a good option for events that need space and few accommodations.
