Minha empresa era cliente desse estabelecimento, já fiz pedidos de valores substanciais para meu estabelecimento, e mesmo assim eles não conseguem ter responsabilidade com cliente! Fiz pedido quarta feira dia 12, solicitei que o material chegasse até sexta, pois eles informam que precisam de 2 dias úteis. Remarquei a limpeza da minha loja para segunda feira, e absurdamente na sexta se eu não pergunto que horas chegaria o material, não seria informada que só me entregariam na terça que vem! Um absurdo!
Tenho todas as telas prontidão para provar que nada foi avisado, o cliente se programa, e se não corre atrás nem sabe que o pedido não vai chegar!

REST WITH CUSTOMER !! My company was a customer of this establishment, I have already placed orders for substantial amounts for my establishment, and even then they are not able to take responsibility with the customer! I ordered Wednesday the 12th, I asked for the material to arrive by Friday, as they inform that they need 2 working days. I rescheduled the cleaning of my store for Monday, and absurdly on Friday if I don't ask what time the material would arrive, I would not be informed that they would only deliver it to me next Tuesday! Absurd!
I have all the screens ready to prove that nothing has been warned, the client programs himself, and if he doesn't run after it, he doesn't even know the order won't arrive!
