★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É prático ter um restaurante próximo de casa, muito próximo...e ainda assim fazem delivery sem taxa. Atualmente está um tanto quanto conturbado ( poucos colaboradores) e na " hora do almoço se instala o tumulto: telefone esguela, cliente ansioso e os colaboradores numa frenética corrida para atender e bem todos os clientes. O que faço? Ligo com antecedência, faço o pedido e recebo em casa. A comida não é de um Xapuri, ou Província de Salerno, ou Casa dos Contos, ou Parada do Cardoso...sem excessos de temperos, bem cozidos e pena...o menu é bem restrito( culpa da pandemia?). As 6° feiras nota 07 pro "feijão tropeiro"( fica um pouco seco, o torresmo não fica crocante, muita farinha de mandioca) e as 5° feiras nota 05 pro " frango com quiabo"(o quiabo parece ser de segunda, mínimo de caldo, o frango tostado demais...e chega a amargar e no sábado, nota 05 para feijoada. Com certeza o feijão não é Pink, o caldo fica insosso, as carnes não retêm unicidade de tempero e a couve picada pra "pato"( a ave, o pato). E ainda assim 04 ⭐? Sim, 04⭐!!!São atenciosos, muito asseado, respeitam normas de higiene( antes e durante pandemia), gentis e se desdobram por muito bem atender. Vamos lá Telepap - Restaurante Sal da Terra...só mais uma estrela. Busquem melhorias (Sebrae, Senac)ou descubram onde melhorar

Certainly the beans are not Pink, the broth is tasteless, the meats do not retain seasoning uniqueness and the chopped cabbage for "duck" (the bird, the duck). And yet 04 ⭐? Yes, 04⭐ !!! They are attentive, very clean, respectful am hygiene rules (before and during pandemic), gentle and unfold for very well attend. Come on Telepap - Restaurante Sal da Terra ... just one more star. Seek improvements (Sebrae, Senac) or find out where to improve
