★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um táxi e ele não chegou. Só consegui quando o porteiro do meu prédio ligou para a central e lá a atendente responde que não havia nenhum pedido de táxi para o endereço. O detalhe é que eu já havia ligado 2 vezes perguntando se já estava a caminho o carro e ela respondia que sim. Mais quando o carro enviado após o pedido do agente de portaria chegou, o motorista me falou que isso estava acontecendo com frequência. Motorista muito educado, atento no trânsito. Para o motorista minha avaliação seria a mais possível. Mais para o serviço prestado no atendimento deixou a desejar.
I requested a taxi and it did not arrive. I only got it when the doorman of my building called the central and there the attendant replies that there was no taxi order for the address. The detail is that I had already called 2 times asking if the car was on its way and she answered yes. But when the car sent after the concierge's request arrived, the driver told me that this was happening frequently. Very polite driver, attentive in traffic. For the driver my assessment would be the most possible. More for the service provided in attendance left something to be desired.
