★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei três dias pra receber 130 telhas.. e o entregador sai da fábrica com duas entregas uma em Maracanaú e outra na Caucaia,
Pois ao invés do entregador vir diretamente para Maracanaú com o pedido menos e mais não, ele resolver ir para Caucaia e depois fazer minha em entrega no Maracanaú.. triste uma análise de rota dessas viu .. eu também trabalho com roteirização... e esse profissional que faz a roteirização das entregas precisa passa por uma reciclável... lamentável...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz quase 1 mês que comprei as telhas e não foram entregues, ligo para todos os contas mas não sou atendido, estou prestes a ter um prejuízo grande e não fazem o favor de me retornar.
Mando mensagem via whatsapp visualizam porem não respondem, vou procurar meus direitos como consumidor e ir pessoalmente resolver esse problema!!!
Pensem bastante antes de fechar negocio para não ter surpresas!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei algumas telhas dessa empresa e quando começou a chover e que percebi que as telhas estavam com defeito, eles infiltram a água da chuva e fica pingando pra dentro da casa, entrei em contato varias vezes, mandei vídeo e foto e eles simplesmente ignoram.
Minha esposa mandou as fotos, os vídeos, ate a NF para confirmar a compra, e mesmo assim eles não respondem mais a ela.
