Porem após alinhamento com o vendedor Rodrigo que foi super prestativo e atencioso, chegamos em um entendimento e esclarecimentos sobre o ocorrido em meu lote. Diante do exposto resolvi dar uma nova oportunidade para a empresa onde o segundo lote veio com qualidade e sem avarias, entregue na data combinada. Toda empresa tem problemas, mas o importante é: Identificar , corrigir e prestar a assistência correta ao cliente. Parabéns Rodrigo pela atenção dada ao problema.
 In the first batch of tiles I received, I had some problems with scratches and dents, thus getting a bad impression about the products supplied by the company.
