★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tudo depende do nível financeiro , quanto mais alto melhor atendido , se for baixo que se lasque. Isto envolve tanto pessoas procurando imóvel para alugar quanto proprietários de imóveis procurando negócios.
Terrible attendance. It all depends on the financial level, the higher the better served, if it is low that it will chip. This involves both people looking for rental property and property owners looking for deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência péssima, a casa estava cheia de problemas hidráulico e elétrico precisando de manutenção e eles não se importaram em ajudar, demoraram muito para virem. Uma empresa cheia de burocracia, um atendimento esdrúxulo como se estivessem fazendo favores para seus clientes.
Bad service, the house was full of hydraulic and electrical problems in need of maintenance and they didn't bother to help, they took a long time to come. A company full of bureaucracy, an odd service as if they were doing favors for their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária que já lidei! E isso que foi só com o contrato, porque acabei desistindo de alugar com eles, devido à tamanha grosseria e falto de tato com os clientes.
São burocráticos sem necessidade, não sabem negociar...a sensação que tive é que pararam no tempo em termos de gestão e de administração de relacionamento. Eu sou professora da UEMG, advogada, administradora, doutora em Administração, renda comprovada, imóvel no nome, fiador com documentação completa. Só queria alugar um apartamento para ter um ponto de apoio em Passos, já que sou de S.Seb.Paraíso. Alugaria com mais duas professoras da UEMG. Depois de tudo pronto, de até ter ido na CEMIG pedir para ligar a luz, de estar com as chaves na mão, eles tomam as chaves só por conta que um dos fiadores foi contra uma cláusula abusiva do contrato (sim, eles pedem dois fiadores, um excesso de garantia).
Não aluguem com eles! Só dor de cabeça!
Worst real estate I've ever dealt with! And that was just with the contract, because I ended up giving up on renting with them, due to such rudeness and lack of tact with customers.
They are unnecessary bureaucratic, they don't know how to negotiate... the feeling I had is that they stopped in time in terms of management and relationship administration. I am a professor at UEMG, lawyer, administrator, PhD in Administration, proven income, property in the name, guarantor with complete documentation. I just wanted to rent an apartment to have a foothold in Passos, since I'm from S.Seb.Paraíso. I would rent it with two other teachers from UEMG. After everything is ready, having even gone to CEMIG to ask to turn on the light, having the keys in hand, they take the keys just because one of the guarantors was against an abusive clause in the contract (yes, they ask for two guarantors , an excess guarantee).
Do not rent from them! Just a headache!
