★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim isto é uma falta de respeito, não necessariamente comigo, mas sim com os clientes no geral, pois estou há 2 meses solicitando uma solução com relação a um problema, não tive uma resposta até agora, somente promessas que o meu problema seria resolvido e simplesmente me passam a informação que a "Diretoria não aceitou mexer no contrato"....
A minha decepção/arrependimento na contratação de um serviço da Telium é tão grande que não consigo explicar, desde o primeiro momento sempre tive problemas, agora estou amarrado em um contrato, porque confiei no vendedor que eu teria uma atenção futura para a questão de custos/valores, pois no momento da negociação com o vendedor, deixei bem claro qual era minha necessidade, o vendedor não sabia quais tipos de serviços a empresa tinha para oferecer e acabei fechando um serviço que não precisava no momento, mas o vendedor com promessas que seria para garantirmos a instalação no prazo eu assinava o contrato e depois seria revisto, ja estou há mais de 5 meses pagando por um serviço que não utilizo...
Sem contar que desde o primeiro momento da contratação e ativação tive muitos problemas, inclusive que atrapalharam meus projetos, pois não pude expandir minha rede por não ter a confiança de fornecer um serviço de qualidade para meus clientes, um dos problemas se arrastou por semanas para resolver eu tive que achar a solução, pois se tratava de um IP da Telium que estava bloqueado e ao trocar o IP esse problema resolveu, mas apareceram outros problemas, como não configuração correta, enfim......
NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUEM O SERVIÇO DESTA EMPRESA...

My disappointment/repentance in contracting a Telium service is so great that I can't explain it, from the first moment I always had problems, now I'm tied up in a contract, because I trusted the seller that I would pay attention to the cost issue in the future. / values, because when negotiating with the seller, I made it very clear what my need was, the seller didn't know what types of services the company had to offer and I ended up closing a service that I didn't need at the time, but the seller with promises that it would be to guarantee the installation on time I signed the contract and then it would be revised, I have been paying for a service that I do not use for more than 5 months...
Not to mention that from the first moment of hiring and activating I had many problems, including that they hindered my projects, as I could not expand my network because I did not have the confidence to provide a quality service to my clients, one of the problems dragged on for weeks to to solve it I had to find the solution, because it was a Telium IP that was blocked and when changing the IP this problem solved, but other problems appeared, such as not correct configuration, anyway......
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE TO ANYONE...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desta empresa. Fiquei uma manhã inteira sem internet, tenho um link dedicado em Porto Alegre. Quando me venderam, disseram que SLA era de 4 horas (que convenhamos, já bastante). Pedi o cancelamento e agora me cobram uma multa (como se a Telium não tivesse absolutamente nenhuma responsabilidade sobre o ocorrido). Me geraram um problemão e na hora de cancelar (por falha da Telium, que não tem NENHUMA redundância em seus links) querem cobrar multa. Se isentaram 100% do problema. Contratem esta empresa por sua conta e risco, e se houver um problema "alheio a telium", como diz o contrato, cruzem os dedos.
Run away from this company. I spent a whole morning without internet, I have a dedicated link in Porto Alegre. When they sold me, they said the SLA was 4 hours (let's face it, quite a bit). I asked for the cancellation and now they charge me a fine (as if Telium had absolutely no responsibility for what happened). They gave me a big problem and when canceling (due to Telium's failure, which has NO redundancy in its links) they want to charge a fine. 100% exempt from the problem. Hire this company at your own risk, and if there is an "non-telium" issue, as the contract says, fingers crossed.
