★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato perguntando com quanto tempo de antecedência poderia fazer um pedido simples, de somente um bolo pequeno. Deixei claro que a retirada seria no período da manhã e fui informada que dois dias antes poderia fazer o pedido. Quando retornei na data (entrei em contato cedo) soube que seria impossível entregar o bolo após dois dias no período da manhã (sendo que deixei bem claro na minha primeira mensagem). Com isso não tenho interesse algum de "tentar" encomendar novamente. E não recomendo.
 I got in touch asking how far in advance I could make a simple order, of just a small cake. I made it clear that the withdrawal would be in the morning and I was informed that two days before I could make the request. When I returned on the date (I got in touch early) I knew it would be impossible to deliver the cake after two days in the morning (and I made it clear in my first message). With that I have no interest in "trying" to order again. And I would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro fora do Brasil e queria muito fazer uma surpresinha pra minha mãe que estava fazendo aniversário essa semana. Entrei em contato com a Tem Bolo pelo WhatsApp, o atendimento foi ótimo, super fácil e rápido. Me mandaram a lista dos bolos e os valores, e eu acabei encomendando 4 bolos. Eles entregaram na casa dela por uma taxinha mínima, e de acordo com a minha mãe os bolos eram grandes, lindos e deliciosos, e o melhor, super em conta. Não vejo a hora de encomendar mais! Super recomendo!!!
I live outside Brazil and I really wanted to make a little surprise for my mother who was having birthday this week. I contacted Tem Bolo via WhatsApp, the service was great, super easy and fast. They sent me the list of cakes and the values, and I ended up ordering 4 cakes. They delivered it to her house for a minimal tax, and according to my mother the cakes were big, beautiful and delicious, and best of all, very affordable. I do not wait to order more! Super recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhorar muito o atendimento! Oferecem bolos de qualidade, mas é mais de 1 hora pra te responder no WhatsApp, quando responde, não é nada esclarecido.
A entrega também não é satisfatória. Simpatia 0 tanto no atendimento pessoalmente, do entregador, e via WhatsApp. Melhorem, e serão excelentes, bolos bons, já tem.
They need to improve service a lot! They offer quality cakes, but it takes more than 1 hour to answer you on WhatsApp, when you answer, it is nothing clear.
Delivery is also not satisfactory. Friendliness 0 both in person, from the delivery person, and via WhatsApp. Improve, and will be excellent, good cakes, already have.

As vezes demora para atender o wats e tmbm para entregar, mas acredito que seja por conta da demanda ou seja fila de clientes para serem atendidos, fora os que são atendidos no balcão e telefone fixo, quanto ao boy não subir no AP concórdo, pq pode danificar os bolos de outros clientes que estão no mochilão e tmbm quem vai se responsabilizar pela moto que fica na rua e corre o risco de ser roubada.
Infelizmente é difícil agradar a tds.
Excellent cakes ?
Sometimes it takes to meet the wats and tmbm to deliver, but I believe it is due to demand or queue of customers to be served, apart from those served at the counter and landline, as for the boy not to go up in the agreed AP, pq it can damage the cakes of other customers who are backpacking and also who will take responsibility for the motorcycle that is on the street and is in danger of being stolen.
Unfortunately it is difficult to please everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora pra responder no WhatsApp, fiquei mais de 1 hora esperando pra confirmarem o meu pedido, por fim o bolo que eu queria tinha acabado o estoque (também, depois de 1 hora de espera).
enfim... Fiquei sem o bolo, passei raiva não recomendo somente por causa do atendimento, que é muito desorganizado e ruim. Já os bolos são bons, se vc tiver o tempo pra esperar.
Much delay to answer on WhatsApp, I was more than 1 hour waiting to confirm my order, finally the cake I wanted had run out of stock (also, after 1 hour of waiting).
Anyway ... I ran out of cake, I was angry, I don't recommend it just because of the service, which is very disorganized and bad. The cakes are good, if you have the time to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os bolos são bons, mas o atendimento é PÉSSIMO, temos praticamente que implorar para comprar um bolo. Muita demora e zero carisma com o cliente, isso quando respondem, já cheguei a esperar 1 hora para ter uma resposta sobre a disponibilidade de um bolo. A atendente visualiza as mensagens e só responde quando quer.
HORRÍVEL
The cakes are good, but the service is AWFUL, we practically have to beg to buy a cake. A lot of delay and zero charisma with the customer, that when they answer, I've already waited 1 hour to get an answer about the availability of a cake. The attendant sees the messages and only responds when she wants to.
