★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um fogão de mesa p/ substituir pavio de acendimento automático, foi anotado meu telefone p/ retornar me c/ orçamento fato esse que não aconteceu, depois de 02 dias voltei ao estabelecimento, resposta, não conseguiu consertar, a meu ver deveria ter retornado me assim que checou que não seria possível fazer manutenção, caso eu não retornasse ao local, não receberia resposta, tremenda falta de consideração.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho o atendimento bom. Mesmo se está um pouco cheio,em poucos min.vc é atendido. Tem uma coisa q poderia ser melhor: a dona da loja, um certo dia,me prometeu entregar uma tampa de panela q eu deixei com ela no mesmo dia,q ela iria ligar me avisando qdo estaria pronto. O dia passou e só lembrei quase 6h da tarde da tal tampa,e ela nada de ter me ligado. Liguei lá na última hora,consegui conversar com ela, e ela disse q poderia vir buscar no dia seguinte. Acho q se ela prometeu ligar pra mim me avisando q estava pronto,ela deveria ter ligado,mas sem contar isso,do resto tudo está ok. Atendimento muito ?.

There is something that could be better: the owner of the store, one day, promised me to deliver a pan lid that I left with her the same day, that she would call and tell me that she would be ready. The day passed and I only remembered about 6:00 pm of the cover, and it didn't call me. I called there at the last minute, I managed to talk to her, and she said she could come and pick it up the next day. I think if she promised to call me saying she was ready, she should have called, but not to mention that, everything else is ok. Very attentive ?.
