★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente fiel da rede da Temakeria, sempre indo na unidade de ipanema, e dessa vez experimentei a unidade da barra. Fomos num grupo de 8 amigos no dia 19/02 e todos optaram pelo rodizio. Sempre fui muito observador com as coisas e notei algumas falhas na unidade( minha opiniao). Vamos la --
1 ) ESPAÇO-- ligamos para a unidade pra saber se tinha uma mesa grande para um grupo grande. atendente disse que sim. ao chegarmos no local, era uma mesa media com capacidade para 6. coube as 8 pessoas, porem de forma mais apertada. Isso me incomodou um pouco. vocês poderiam de fato ter uma mesa GRANDE nas 3 unidades do RJ.
2 ) ATENDIMENTO - Nao sei se foi o garçom em si ou a cozinha. Como estávamos em uma mesa grande, todos com muita fome rs, pedíamos bastante coisa justamente por conta do tamanho do grupo. ex - pedimos uns 70 sahimis de salmao, vieram uns 30 no total. pedíamos diversas laminas de atum, salmão e etc, vem numa pedra pequena/media com poucas unidades. Deu a entender que estavam economizando no peixe.
Por conta disso, estávamos constantemente chamando o garçom e pedindo sem parar, e sempre vindo em quantidade reduzida.
3) HORARIO-- Chegamos por volta de meio dia, quando estava bem vazio ainda. as peças saiam rápidas, porem, chegou em um certo horário que a comida estava demorando uma media de 25 minutos ou ate mais para sair. ate um simples temaki demorava. Me deu a impressão que o local tem poucos funcionários para a demanda. E tambem nao é a 1a vez que tenho essa queixa. Parei de ir na unidade do JB faz muito tempo por causa disso, sai da unidade do JB extremante irritado, se tivesse me tocado, teria recusado pagar um rodizio inteiro.
4) COMIDA-- Não há do reclamar do rodizio, sempre tudo muito fresco e gostoso, porem notei nas duas vezes que pedi 2 temaki, eles vieram abertos, feito de qualquer forma. Me deu a impressão que a cozinha estava trabalhando acima da capacidade.
Admito que nao sai de 100% satisfeito do restaurante.
esse meu relato é uma critica construtiva. Expus falhas que podem ser resolvidas de forma rapida, afinal, pagar 150,00 num rodizio nao é nada barato, e eu como cliente, cliente fiel, exigo sim um atendimento de 1a.
 I am a loyal customer of Temakeria's network, always going to the ipanema unit, and this time I tried the bar unit. We went with a group of 8 friends on 02/19 and everyone opted for the rodizio. I've always been very observant of things and have noticed some glitches in the unit (my opinion). Let's go --
1) SPACE-- We called the unit to see if they had a large table for a large group. attendant said yes. when we arrived at the place, it was a medium table with a capacity for 6. It fit 8 people, but in a tighter way. This bothered me a little. you could actually have a BIG table in the 3 units of RJ.
2) SERVICE - I don't know if it was the waiter himself or the kitchen. As we were at a large table, all very hungry lol, we ordered a lot precisely because of the size of the group. ex - we ordered about 70 salmon sahimis, about 30 came in total. we ordered several slices of tuna, salmon and etc, it comes in a small/medium stone with few units. He hinted that they were skimping on the fish.
Because of this, we were constantly calling the waiter and ordering non-stop, and always coming in small quantities.
3) TIME-- We arrived around noon, when it was still pretty empty. the pieces came out fast, however, it arrived at a certain time when the food was taking an average of 25 minutes or even longer to come out. even a simple temaki took time. It gave me the impression that the place has few employees for the demand. And it's not the first time I've had this complaint. I stopped going to JB's unit a long time ago because of that, I left JB's unit extremely irritated, if he had touched me, I would have refused to pay an entire rodizio.
4) FOOD-- There is nothing to complain about the rodizio, everything is always very fresh and delicious, but I noticed the two times I ordered 2 temaki, they came open, made anyway. It gave me the impression that the kitchen was working over capacity.
I admit that I don't leave the restaurant 100% satisfied.
My story is constructive criticism. I exposed flaws that can be resolved quickly, after all, paying 150.00 in a rodizio is not cheap, and as a customer, a loyal customer, I do demand a 1st service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esqueça tudo o que você conhece sobre rodízios. Esse aqui é daqueles diferenciados, que você come muito bem, portaria muito bem elaborados, fora do padrão e com s qualidade altíssima. O atendimento é impecável, garçons muito educados e prestativos. Sugiro que no rodízio você peça para o garçom fazer um menu degustação, pois são tantas opções que é difícil ficar escolhendo. Vale o quanto se paga.
Forget everything you know about casters. This one is one of the differentiated ones, which you eat very well, very well elaborated concierge, non-standard and with very high quality. The service is impeccable, the waiters are very polite and helpful. I suggest that at the all-you-can-eat you ask the waiter to make a tasting menu, as there are so many options that it is difficult to choose. It's worth what you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência bem agradável e fora do comum. Pedi o rodízio tradicional e foi indicado fazer o menu degustação (poderia repetir quantas vezes quisesse)... muito saboroso e bem servido... Quando voltar farei novamente essa degustação. Não deu nem tempo de bater fotos... Só do cafezinho.
Obs: pagasse o preço pelo bom atendimento/serviço, mas poderia ser um pouco mais barato.
A very pleasant and unusual experience. I ordered the traditional all-you-can-eat and it was recommended to do the tasting menu (I could repeat it as many times as I wanted)... very tasty and well served... When I return, I will do this tasting again. There wasn't even time to take pictures... Just the coffee.
Note: pay the price for the good service/service, but it could be a little cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer o restaurante logo no início e a minha impressão foi muito boa. Primeiro pelos funcionários que nos atenderam super bem e sempre solícitos com os pedidos. A opção de ter um menu degustação fazendo parte do rodízio é bem legal e mostra o interesse na satisfação do cliente. É um restaurante com muita opção diferente dos outros restaurantes rodízio. Algumas diferentes até demais... rs Mas dá pra você experimentar um pouco de tudo. As entradas como lulas, camarao empanado e pipoca de tilapia são um capítulo à parte, tudo muito saboroso. O app deles ainda deixa a desejar, mas com o tempo deve se ajeitar. Resumindo eu recomendo e voltarei em breve.
I went to visit the restaurant right at the beginning and my impression was very good. First, by the employees who served us very well and were always solicitous with our requests. The option to have a tasting menu as part of the rodízio is really cool and shows the interest in customer satisfaction. It is a restaurant with many different options from other rodízio restaurants. Some very different... lol But you can try a little of everything. Starters such as squid, breaded shrimp and tilapia popcorn are a separate chapter, all very tasty. Their app still leaves something to be desired, but with time it should get better. In short I highly recommend and will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best 20 USD I have ever spent at a restaurant (for their all you can eat rodizio). All the fish is so fresh and delicious. Creations are also very creative. Even dessert was yummy! Such wonderful value for money!! I wish I could come back to Rio just to eat here again.

The waiters would drop the score to 4 stars, some of them are a bit rude when in a hurry, understandable. But my table and another couple's next to mine, were not being treated the same as other costumers..
Anyway the food quality and preparation(very fast too) would be alone enough to bring back the score to 5 stars.
Ambient is also relaxing and beautifully designed.
Will be coming back!
