I contacted the branch in Rio / Botafogo for a simple quote last Monday ... I reported the measures and was informed by the attendant q on Wednesday it would be sent by email ... I had no answer ... I called again on Wednesday and, again, informed that it would be sent by e-mail due to excessive requests ... nothing so far ... I have been calling since 10 am and the phone is only busy ......
