We were in the restaurant at closing time, but the attendants dropped their lunch and gave us good attention. Good food and very affordable price, with option of kg and eat at will. Well organized and clean. Worth the visit!

O AMBIENTE
É um salão térreo com bastante mesas disponíveis e com bom espaçamento entre elas. Diferente do dono anterior que abarrotava o salão de mesas que espremia todo mundo. O ambiente é limpo e é melhor ventilado na entrada (óbvio).
A COMIDA
Não sou fã de carne, então não posso falar da qualidade do churrasco e das carnes da rampa, mas no grill, eles assam o pão de alho e grelham o queijo coalho na hora. Tem uma pequena demora, mas nada que te atrapalhe.
Já na rampa de comida, tem uma variedade de salada e legumes, mas algumas vezes, colocam alho no chuchu, alho na couve e azeitona no grão de bico, o que prejudica o sabor.
Logicamente, tem o casadinho brasileiro (feijão e arroz branco), mas também tem um arroz integral bem gostoso.
Já as opções de carnes, sempre tem bovino, ave e uma opção de peixe. Daí, a apresentação do prato (empanado, grelhado, ensopado etc) depende do dia.
Na quarta-feira, servem feijoada. Sou bem chata para isso porque só conheço um restaurante que fica em Andradina (interior de Sao Paulo) para o qual dei 10. Já fui nas melhores indicações de São Paulo e não dei mais do que 8 pra nenhuma. O Tempero da Terra só não leva nota 7 porque colocam alho na couve e quase não colocam carne seca ou os clientes imbecis pegam tudo (mas, tem bastante paio e costelinha). Mas, servem uma pururuca bem gostosa.
Às vezes, tem uma pizzinha bem gostosa. Poderiam disponibilizar mais vezes na semana, porque as pessoas gostam de besteira.
Eu só não sei o que este restaurante tem contra batata frita (kkkkk), pois é raro ter.
SOBREMESA
É o único local ali na região para baixo do viaduto que tem fruta. Sempre tem ao menos 4 opções e na maioria das vezes, abacaxi, melão, melancia e mamão.
Tem doces também. O pudim é bem gostoso.
O VALOR
Até às 14h, preço normal por quilo.
Após às 14h, R$ 19 fixo.

ACESSIBILIDADE
Na entrada, não tem. Mas, o restaurante é térreo. Não sei como é o banheiro, se é acessível e equipado.
CONCLUSÃO
Para mim, é o melhor self service da região. Só não leva 5 estrelas porque colocam alho e azeitona em pratos que comumente não tem. Adoro alho e azeitona, mas é o mesmo que colocar azeitona no feijão. As outras estrelas é pela variedade de saladas, legumes, frutas e pela pizzinha. Mesmo sendo 2 quarteirões de distância e numa subida, para mim, vale a pena mesmo debaixo de sol, olha que odeio sol que nem vampiro!

THE ENVIRONMENT
It is a ground floor lounge with plenty of tables available and with good spacing between them. Unlike the previous owner who crowded the table lounge that squeezed everyone. The environment is clean and better ventilated at the entrance (obviously).
THE FOOD
I'm not a fan of meat, so I can't talk about the quality of the barbecue and the meat from the ramp, but at the grill, they bake garlic bread and grill rennet cheese on the spot. It has a little delay, but nothing that gets in the way.
On the food ramp, there is a variety of salads and vegetables, but sometimes they put garlic in the chayote, garlic in the cabbage and olives in the chickpeas, which impairs the flavor.
Of course, there is the Brazilian casadinho (beans and white rice), but there is also a very tasty brown rice.
As for the meat options, there is always beef, poultry and a fish option. Hence, the presentation of the dish (breaded, grilled, stew etc) depends on the day.
On Wednesday, they serve feijoada. I am very annoying for that because I only know one restaurant that is in Andradina (interior of Sao Paulo) to which I gave 10. I went to the best indications in São Paulo and I gave no more than 8 to any. Tempero da Terra only scores 7 because they put garlic in the cabbage and almost do not put dried meat or the stupid customers take everything (but, there is a lot of bread and ribs). But, they serve a very tasty pururuca.
Sometimes, there is a very tasty pizza. They could make it available more times a week, because people like bullshit.
I just don't know what this restaurant has against fries (kkkkk), as it is rare to have.
DESSERT
It is the only place there in the region below the overpass that has fruit. Always have at least 4 options and most of the time, pineapple, melon, watermelon and papaya.
There are sweets too. The pudding is very tasty.

After 2pm, R $ 19 fixed.

ACCESSIBILITY
At the entrance, there isn't. But, the restaurant is on the ground floor. I don't know what the bathroom is like, if it's accessible and equipped.
CONCLUSION
For me, it is the best self service in the region. It just doesn't take 5 stars because they put garlic and olives in dishes that they usually don't have. I love garlic and olives, but it's the same as putting olives in beans. The other stars are the variety of salads, vegetables, fruits and pizza. Even though it is 2 blocks away and uphill, for me, it is worth it even under the sun, look how much I hate the sun like a vampire!
