★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira chateação começou quando solicitei a troca da data do evento e perderam o comprovante de transferência que eu havia enviado!
Logo depois por ter ficado grávida nesse meio tempo, optei por ir até o local fazer uma prova só pra ter certeza que não precisaria trocar de vestido até a data! (Não pedi para adiantar a prova em momento nenhum). A recepcionista me tratou com desprezo, mal soube explicar pra moça que me ajudou a me vestir do que se tratava e ainda olhou na cara da vendedora e disse: ELA NÃO PODE ADIANTAR A PROVA.
Enfim, se já não estivesse tão perto da data eu sem sombra de dúvidas cancelaria com eles e alugaria em outro local.

Soon after I got pregnant in the meantime, I chose to go to the place to do a test just to make sure I didn't need to change my dress until the date! (I did not ask to advance the test at any time). The receptionist treated me with contempt, barely knew how to explain to the girl who helped me dress what it was about and even looked at the saleswoman's face and said: SHE CAN'T ADVANCE THE TEST.
Anyway, if it wasn't already so close to the date I would without a doubt cancel with them and rent somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece nenhuma estrela! Loja péssima, atendimento péssimo, pessoas mal educadas, te tratam bem até vc assinar o contrato. Tive problemas com meus vestidos que aluguei em fevereiro e março, tivemos a infelicidade de assinar o contrato dos dois vestidos juntos. A senhora “estilista” gritou com minha mãe quando reclamamos que meu vestido estava muito largo, ficamos 40 minutos esperando arrumar o vestido que já era para estar pronto e ainda tivemos que ouvir a “estilista” gritar dizendo que não fomos obrigadas a alugar lá, que falta de respeito e educação.
Minha Avó alugou um vestido em fevereiro, mas para o evento de março ela não quis alugar na templo, alugou na só elegância e foi super bem atendida. Já eu minha mãe e minhas tias não tivemos a mesma sorte! ALUGAMOS VESTIDOS CAROS, PAGAMOS POR ELES E NO MÍNIMO TINHA QUE VIR PERFEITO!!!
It doesn't deserve any stars! Terrible store, terrible service, rude people, they treat you well until you sign the contract. I had problems with my dresses that I rented in February and March, we had the misfortune to sign the contract for the two dresses together. The lady “stylist” yelled at my mother when we complained that my dress was too loose, we waited 40 minutes to get the dress ready and we still had to hear the “stylist” scream saying that we were not forced to rent there, What a lack of respect and education.
My grandmother rented a dress in February, but for the March event she didn't want to rent it at the temple, she rented it in just elegance and was super well attended. Me, my mother and my aunts were not so lucky! WE RENT EXPENSIVE DRESSES, WE PAY FOR THEM AND AT LEAST IT HAS TO COME PERFECT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALUGARAM O VESTIDO QUE ESCOLHI DOIS DIAS ANTES DO MEU EVENTO.
Se pudesse classificar esse local sem nenhuma estrela com certeza seria minha nota. Dia 07/04, fui fazer a escolha do vestido que usaria dia 13/05, fiz o pagamento e foi agendado para fazer a prova do vestido dia 05/05. Dia 5 cheguei ao local e o vestido não estava, ficaram procurando e chegaram a conclusão que o cód do vestido que escolhi tinha sido trocado por outro, então me pediram para retornar dia 12/05 para fazer a prova e no mesmo dia levar o vestido. No dia 11/05 entraram em contato sem me explicar o q havia ocorrido pedindo para ir até lá escolher outro vestido, tive que sair do meu serviço (ganho por hora trabalhada), para ir até lá, me gerando prejuízo financeiro e desgaste emocional pois estava dois dias para a festa da minha formatura e sem um vestido pois o que escolhi foi alugado. Lugar com falta de empatia, comprometimento além do péssimo atendimento da recepção, que parece mais que estão em um velório do que em uma loja de festas. Apenas duas vendedoras tentaram amenizar o ocorrido e me deram assistência. NÃO RECOMENDO, pois vc pode passar pelo mesmo estresse que eu passei.
THEY RENT THE DRESS I CHOOSE TWO DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT.
If I could rate this place without any stars it would definitely be my rating. On 04/07, I went to choose the dress I would wear on 05/13, I made the payment and was scheduled to do the dress fitting on 05/05. On the 5th I arrived at the place and the dress was not there, they looked around and came to the conclusion that the code of the dress I chose had been exchanged for another one, so they asked me to return on the 12/05th to take the test and on the same day take the dress . On the 11/05th they got in touch without explaining what had happened asking me to go there and choose another dress, I had to leave my job (earned per hour worked), to go there, causing me financial loss and emotional wear because I was two days to my graduation party and without a dress as the one I chose was rented. A place with a lack of empathy, commitment in addition to the bad reception service, which looks more like they are at a funeral than a party store. Only two salespeople tried to alleviate what happened and gave me assistance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, because you can go through the same stress I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não iria deixar uma avaliação, mais achei importante para que outras pessoas não passem pelo mesmo.
Fui hoje a loja do Satélite para ver se havia a possibilidade de trocar o meu vestido, para ver se encontrava algo mais atual (já que o evento que seria em 2020 foi remarcado para esse ano devido a pandemia), e fui super mau atendida, desde o começo.
Quando informei que se tratava de uma troca, a vendedora ja demonstrou má vontade, nao parava nem pra falar comigo direito. Eu a informei que não conseguia ir em dia de semana pois trabalho e só tinha os sábados. Em todo momento ela dizendo que a loja estava super lotada e que não teria provador disponível.
Ao final de tudo ainda insinuou que o fato de eu estar com o meu filho também seria um problema.
Que fique claro que meu filho nunca foi e nunca vai ser o problema de nada. O problema foi a má vontade da loja em me atender.
Eu só não cancelo agora porque o evento já é em Abril e corro o risco de não achar outro. Mas em outra ocasião cancelaria com certeza!
Espero que vocês qualifiquem os seus funcionários para lidar com o público, porque tudo que vi hoje foi grosseria e má vontade!!!

I went to the Satellite store today to see if there was the possibility of changing my dress, to see if I could find something more current (since the event that would be in 2020 was rescheduled for this year due to the pandemic), and I was super poorly attended, from the start.
When I informed that it was an exchange, the saleswoman already showed ill will, she didn't even stop to talk to me properly. I informed her that I couldn't go on weekdays because I work and only had Saturdays. At all times she said that the store was super crowded and that there would be no fitting room available.
At the end of it all, he also hinted that the fact that I was with my son would also be a problem.
Let it be clear that my son has never been and will never be the problem with anything. The problem was the store's unwillingness to serve me.
I just don't cancel now because the event is already in April and I run the risk of not finding another one. But on another occasion I would definitely cancel!
I hope you qualify your employees to deal with the public, because all I saw today was rudeness and ill will!!!
