Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento tramite Airbnb. Dovendo arrivare a rio molto presto chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in portineria considerato che l’orario di consegna dell’appartamento era per le 15. Risposta affermativa della proprietaria con la precisazione che l’appartamento ci sarebbe stato consegnato, se libero, alle 13 a titolo di cortesia. Arriviamo a Rio intorno alle 7.30 e il portiere ci dice che l’appartamento è libero, ci consegna le chiavi e ci dice di lasciare le valigie già dentro l’appartamento. Così facciamo e tornando giù gli diciamo che l’appartamento deve ancora essere pulito. Non ci chiede le chiavi indietro e noi usciamo. Dopo qualche ora ci chiama la proprietaria (in realtà amministratrice della società) dicendoci che la Signora delle pulizie non può entrare perché noi abbiamo le chiavi. Chiariamo il disguido occorso col portiere e diciamo che saremo di ritorno in 5 minuti con Uber. Arriviamo e la signora delle pulizie è già andata via ma l’amministratrice ci rassicura dicendo che sarebbe tornata dopo poco. Arrivano le 15 (ora quindi ufficiale di consegna) e sollecitiamo la proprietaria. L’appartamento ci viene consegnato con più di un’ora di ritardo e all’ingresso lo troviamo sporchissimo (foto a disposizione e inviate alla proprietaria e ad Airbnb). Notare che la Proprietaria aderisce alle norme di pulizia anti-Covid. Chiediamo un cambio ad Airbnb che non ce lo concede e protestiamo con la proprietaria: tornano le signore delle pulizie e passiamo due ore a supervisionare la pulizia. Il tutto si conclude alle 18.30, con tre ore e mezza di ritardo. Li scopriamo che un appartamento affittato per tre ha solo due sedie e attrezzature per cucinare al Massimo per una persona. Le lenzuola erano le stesse che avevamo visto la mattina coi precedenti ospiti (abbiamo imposto il cambio alle signore delle pulizie). Che dire? Da evitare accuratamente sia la proprietà che Airbnb che un tempo si curava dei clienti (lo usavamo da più di dieci anni) oggi tutela solo i proprietari (la nostra ha 31 alloggi, facile capire da che parte stia Airbnb che ci ha offerto un insultante risarcimento di metà della prima diaria da noi rifiutata). Leggo adesso che la proprietaria ha risposto dicendo che non son stato suo ospite. La invito a non dire falsità delle quali potrei chiamarla a rispondere e posso produrre foto e conferma della prenotazione su Airbnb oltre ai messaggi scambiati
We booked the apartment through Airbnb. Having to arrive in Rio very early, he asked if there was the possibility to leave the suitcases at the concierge considering that the delivery time of the apartment was for 15. Affirmative response from the owner with the specification that the apartment would be delivered to us, if free, at 1 pm as a courtesy. We arrive in Rio around 7.30 and the doorman tells us that the apartment is free, gives us the keys and tells us to leave the suitcases already inside the apartment. So we do and going back down we tell him that the apartment still needs to be cleaned. He doesn't ask us for the keys back and we leave. After a few hours the owner calls us (actually the company administrator) telling us that the Cleaning lady cannot enter because we have the keys. Let's clarify the misunderstanding occurred with the porter and say that we will be back in 5 minutes with Uber. We arrive and the cleaning lady has already left but the administrator reassures us by saying that she would be back soon. 15.00 (now official delivery time) arrives and we urge the owner. The apartment is delivered to us more than an hour late and at the entrance we find it very dirty (photos available and sent to the owner and to Airbnb). Note that the Owner adheres to the anti-Covid cleaning rules. We ask for a change to Airbnb which does not grant it to us and we protest with the owner: the cleaning ladies return and we spend two hours supervising the cleaning. Everything ends at 18.30, three and a half hours late. We discover them that an apartment rented for three has only two chairs and cooking facilities at the Maximum for one person. The sheets were the same we had seen in the morning with the previous guests (we forced the cleaning ladies to change). What to say? To avoid carefully both the property and Airbnb that once took care of customers (we used it for more than ten years) today only protects the owners (ours has 31 apartments, easy to understand which side Airbnb is on, which has offered us an insulting compensation half of the first allowance refused by us). I now read that the owner has replied saying that I have not been her guest. I invite you not to tell falsehoods which I could call you to answer and I can produce photos and confirmation of the booking on Airbnb in addition to the messages exchanged

Foi bem receptivo, porteiros são ótimos, anfitriã atenciosa, gostei.

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar, amei quando fui, sinceramente logo estou de volta e ficarei nesse mesmo local!! Parabéns pelo atendimento, hospedagem e pela vista deslumbrante que e logo de manhã!! Porém... Gostaria de saber se vocês tem whatsapp!!? Poderiam me dar uma resposta?!!

Não tenho muito a reclamar do local...só do booking que marcou a nossa entrada as 12 hrs, e quando chegamos tivemos que esperar os hóspedes anteriores saírem as 15hrs, e fora que não tem estacionamento mais o carro ficou na rua em frente!

Barulho insuportável de um obra em algum apto no prédio. Fiz contato telefônico via watzap na administração e fui atendido por uma funcionária que se identificou como Jenifer. Mal educada ,mal instruída e me informou que o barulho era permitido. Me disse que as pessoas estão liberadas dentro do horário para fazer o que quiserem. Kkkkkk. Me falou que da próxima vez que era pra mim hospedar em um RESORT. Muito sem educação , despreparada , desqualificada. Vc esta de PARABÉNS Sra JENIFER pela sua atenção e solução do problema.
