Condominium with excellent location, facing the beach, pool and external environments super clean and organized. Also great apartment, with new furniture, air conditioning, very clean, everything according to the photos in the publication. We loved our stay, we will definitely come back and I highly recommend it!!!

The condo is perfect! The super spacious apt with balcony and barbecue. But the best is the view of the sunrise and sunset.. What an incredible view!!

Ótima localização perto de supermercado.
Móveis do apartamento em bons estados. Utensílios todos de qualidade. Os quartos são bem arejados e o espaço do apartamento é muito bem distribuído. O condomínio é super tranquilo, não é barulhento.
Achei o preço um pouco acima da média comparando com outros apartamento do mesmo condomínio e por este motivo em específico não darei 5 estrelas.
OBS. O quarto do fundo voltado para serra está começando a dar mofo na parede é bom verificar pois pode ser algum vazamento recente.
I was in the apartment in April 2022.
Great location close to supermarket.
Apartment furniture in good condition. All quality tools. The rooms are well ventilated and the space in the apartment is very well distributed. The condo is super quiet, not noisy.
I found the price a little above average compared to other apartments in the same condominium and for this specific reason I will not give it 5 stars.
NOTE The back room facing the saw is starting to mold on the wall, it's good to check because it could be a recent leak.
