★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho com aluguel de temporada e pedi uma medição. Bloqueei o dia para receber os técnicos, porém não apareceram e nem deram satisfação, me causando prejuízo. Reclamei e queriam mandar uma pessoa 20h quando pedi o reembolso dos 20% que paguei adiantado. Depois de 3 dias insistindo, disseram que iriam me devolver o dinheiro. Já se foram mais 2 dias e não me pagam. Empresa de fachada.
I work with vacation rentals and asked for a measurement. I blocked the day to receive the technicians, but they didn't show up and didn't give me any satisfaction, causing me harm. I complained and they wanted to send a person 20h when I asked for a refund of the 20% I paid in advance. After 3 days of insisting, they said they would give me my money back. It's been another 2 days and they don't pay me. Shell company.

Maio/19: Excelente trabalho, ótimo atendimento, mesmo no processo de cotação foram muito atenciosos e nos explicaram tudo com clareza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, sem qualidade, as fotos dizem por si só... Depois que finalizou o péssimo serviço, solicitei ao dono que viesse verificar, ou me ligar para conversarmos sobre a péssima qualidade do serviço... O único retorno foi o envio dos dados bancários para pagamento.
Não recomendo!

Sobre a informação da pronto atendimento conforme descrito, não é verdade, vocês só poderiam vir depois de terça feira, e para mim não daria, conforme dito e se desejarem eu posto as mensagens por whatsapp aqui....
Quando solicitamos algum serviço, o mínimo que gostaríamos é que fosse feito com qualidade e respeito ao contratante.
O mais engraçado é que mesmo depois de vocês terem visto as fotos antes de resolverem os problemas o que mais vocês queriam era o pagamento.
Satisfação do cliente, fica longe dessa empresa!
