★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular um Moto X Style pra fazer a troca da frontal, paguei e peguei o aparelho que continuou com o problema, levei novamente e após 3 meses entrei em contato e disseram que estava sendo dificil encontrar a peça. Passaram -se alguns meses e liguei novamente, me informaram que entrariam em contato assim que fosse consertado.
Hj, 2 anos depois, liguei e a atendente disse que pelo tempo dificilmente estaria lá, que provavelmente teria sido passado. Como podem vender algo que naolhes pertence? Não era pra ter ligado pro cliente? Simplesmente não é confiável, paguei o conserto e nem celular tem mais lá
I took my phone with a Moto X Style to change the front panel, paid and took the device that continued with the problem, took it again and after 3 months I got in touch and they said it was being difficult to find the part. A few months passed and I called again, they informed me that they would get in touch as soon as it was fixed.
Today, 2 years later, I called and the attendant said that by the time it would hardly be there, that it would probably have been spent. How can they sell something that doesn't belong to them? Wasn't it supposed to call the client? It's simply not reliable, I paid for the repair and there's no cell phone there anymore
