★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja do Iguatemi numa quarta feira 31/10/2018 às 17:00h e fui atendida por Bruno (fica de camisa preta). Todo atencioso e entusiasmado, ma passou algumas informações, digitalizou minha documentação, tirou algumas dúvidas (sou muito leiga nesse assunto) e ficamos de ir até sexta conhecer o empreendimento em Marechal Rondon para ver se eu ia querer dá continuidade ou não ao processo. Já passado o horário de fechar a loja (18:00h) ele trouxe um contrato e pediu para eu assinar para que pudesse fazer a consulta com a Caixa Econômica. Nesse momento o gerente dele já estava ali por perto pedindo para ele adiantar o que estava fazendo, pois já estava na hora de fechar. Ao perceber a pressa, assinei o contrato sem ler (ERREI), mas confiando que, aquilo era só para autorizar a consulta com a Caixa CASO EU GOSTASSE do empreendimento. No outro dia ele me mandou uma menssagem pedindo para eu imprimir o extrato do FGTS que na agonia do dia anterior ele esquecera de imprimir. Mandei e somente na segunda (05/11/2018) que ele me ligou dizendo que a proposta foi aceita pelo banco. Marcamos 14:00 e ele só apareceu às 15:00h. Fui lá e não gostei do bairro. Ele me deixou em casa e somente ao sair do carro me disse que até sexta a Caixa devolveria meu FGTS, pois ele estava indo para loja cancelar a proposta. Achei estranha aquela informação, mas não dei muita bola (confiei mais uma vez). De noite recebo uma mensaagem da caixa dizendo que minha transação imobiliária tinha acontecido com sucesso. Mandei um zap pra ele perguntando do que se tratava já que ele disse eea normal, mas que já havia cancelado e que até sexta (09/11/18) o FGTS já estava de volta na minha conta novamente. Sexta ao consultar, meu saldo estava zerado. Entrei em contato e ele disse que só cancelou na quinta, que era para esperar até a próxima segunda, dia 12/11/18. Já fui na minha agência, minha gerente já falou com uma Raquel da Tenda, mas até hoje meu FGTS encontra-se zerado e eu não consigo fazer nenhuma outra consulta com outra imobiliária.
FIQUEM ATENTOS! Não assinem nada sem antes conhecer o local do empreendimento. E evitem desistir depois de assinarem algum contrato, porque o descaso é grande.
I arrived at the Iguatemi store on a Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 5:00 pm and was attended by Bruno (stays in a black shirt). All attentive and enthusiastic, I gave me some information, scanned my documentation, answered some doubts (I'm a layman on this subject) and we stayed until Friday to see the project in Marechal Rondon to see if I would like to continue the process or not. After the closing time of the store (18:00h) he brought a contract and asked me to sign it so that he could make an appointment with Caixa Econômica. At that moment, his manager was already there, asking him to advance what he was doing, as it was time to close. Seeing the rush, I signed the contract without reading it (ERREI), but trusting that it was just to authorize a consultation with Caixa IF I WOULD LIKE the project. The other day he sent me a message asking me to print the FGTS extract that in the agony of the previous day he had forgotten to print. I sent it and only on Monday (05/11/2018) that he called me saying that the proposal was accepted by the bank. We made an appointment at 2:00 pm and he only showed up at 3:00 pm. I went there and didn't like the neighborhood. He left me at home and only when I got out of the car told me that until Friday the Cashier would return my FGTS, as he was going to the store to cancel the proposal. I thought that information was strange, but I didn't give much thought (I trusted again). At night I receive a message from the cashier saying that my real estate transaction had happened successfully. I sent him a zap asking what it was about since he said it was normal, but he had already canceled and that until Friday (11/9/18) the FGTS was back on my account again. Friday when consulting, my balance was zero. I contacted him and he said he only canceled on Thursday, which was to wait until the next Monday, 12/11/18. I have already been to my agency, my manager has already spoken to a Raquel da Tenda, but even today my FGTS is zeroed out and I am unable to make any other appointment with another real estate agent.
STAY TUNED! Do not sign anything without first knowing the location of the project. And avoid giving up after signing a contract, because the neglect is great.
