★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar caindo aos pedaços e atendimento péssimo no "self-service": ficamos esperando para entender como funcionava por ali, e na hora que fomos nos servir levamos grito da funcionária dizendo que não era para a gente pegar a comida nós mesmas (???), que era ela que pegava. Comportamento completamente desnecessário, o que custava explicar ou falar antes? Começou a encher o saco, falando do prato (que estava ao lado da comida), e não respondeu outras perguntas. Parecia que queria arrumar confusão. Fomos em um grupo de 5 pessoas e nenhuma das 5 pretende retornar. Uma pena, pois a lasanha estava ótima ?
The place is falling apart and the service is terrible at the "self-service": we were waiting to understand how it worked there, and when we went to serve ourselves, we were yelled at by the employee saying that we weren't supposed to get the food ourselves (??? ), which it was she who took it. Completely unnecessary behavior, what did it cost to explain or speak beforehand? He started to piss off, talking about the plate (which was next to the food), and didn't answer any other questions. It looked like he wanted to make trouble. We went in a group of 5 people and none of the 5 intend to return. A pity, because the lasagna was great ?
