Vendedores passam informações erradas, minha mãe uma senhora de idade foi até a unidade de Araraquara trocar um tênis que ficou apertado, isso em menos de uma semana, o vendedor informou que só teria o tênis em outra loja, a mesma foi até a outra loja chegando lá também não tinha a numeração. Falta de respeito total com o consumidor.

Meu tio entrou na loja na intenção de levar um tênis.
A pessoa q estava no local, não sei se dono ou funcionário nem na cara dele olhou. Ele estava no caixa e lá ele ficou não fez questão alguma de atender.
