★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra na loja do Shopping Praiamar e me arrependi armagamente, comprei um tênis da marca Lacoste em 24/12 para utilizá-lo no Natal e no Ano Novo, porém o tênis machucou os calcanhares do pés chegando a fazer ferimentos, em 26/12 fui até a loja para efetuar a troca do produto, inclusive mostrei as fotos do que ocorreu com o uso do produto e simplesmente foi me dito que eu teria que aguardar a análise de defeito que seria de 15 a 30 dias, ainda tive que ouvir da gerente e de um funcionário que eu não me adaptei ao tênis (mas não são os produtos que são adaptados para satisfazer o cliente?) e que lojas que fazem a troca imediata não são loja sérias (Isso se chama fidelização certo?), mas o que me deixou mais perplexo, foi ainda ouvir que a loja não poderia mais vender aquele tênis (se o produto é defeituoso não pode mesmo, porém o cliente não pode ser prejudicado por algo que não foi causado pelo mesmo) Enfim, não comprem nesta loja (Praiamar Shopping), pois o atendimento é diferenciado somente no momento da compra, depois lhe tratam como se tivessem fazendo um favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pėssimo atendimento! Desrespeito com o cliente! A loja não tem grade dos produtos , se precisar trocar o atendimento horrível, má vontade e sem opções. O pior é q o vendedor não avisa q só pode trocar na loja onde comprou!!!! Fuja correndo!!Pior loja q já comprei!
Terrible attendance! Disrespect for the customer! The store does not have a product grid, if you need to change the horrible service, grudgingly and without options. The worst is that the seller does not warn you can only exchange at the store where you bought it !!!! Run away !! Worst store I ever bought!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um tênis para meu marido na loja Tennis Station, localizada na Av. Marechal Floriano Peixoto, 27 - Gonzaga - Santos. Informamos ao vendedor que precisavamos de um tênis bom e resistente para caminhada diária (segunda a sexta).
De acordo com os valores que poderíamos pagar, vendedor nos indicou o modelo: Nike air max premiere run.
Em um mês de uso o tênis já começou abrir o tecido em cima do pé, em ambos os pés, e hoje com 2 meses de uso o tênis está todo rasgado em cima e a sola totalmente gasta, parece que o tênis tem 5 anos de uso. O que achamos um absurdo, pois nunca vi um tênis se desfazer tão rápido.
Gostaria de uma solução para o problema, pois isso não é normal.
I bought a shoe for my husband at the Tennis Station store, located at Avenida Marechal Floriano Peixoto, 27 - Gonzaga - Santos. We informed the seller that we needed a good and sturdy daily walking shoe (Monday to Friday).
According to the amounts we could afford, salesman pointed us to the model: Nike air max premiere run.
In a month of use the tennis has already started to open the fabric on top of the foot, in both feet, and today with 2 months of use the tennis is all torn up and the sole worn, it seems that the tennis is 5 years use. Which we think is absurd, because I've never seen a shoe fall apart so fast.
I would like a solution to the problem as this is not normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz algumas vezes compras nesta loja. Sempre fui bem atendido. Como todas as lojas de tênis tem todas as marcas e preços. Gostei do Agurun (calçado aquático, bom para andar na praia também. Super confortável - pesa 180 gramas).
I've already shopped at this store a few times. I was always well attended. Like all tennis stores they have all brands and prices. I liked the Agurun (water shoes, good for walking on the beach too. Super comfortable - it weighs 180 grams).
