★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de externar publicamente meu descontentamento com esta academia de tênis, por conta de descaso que já sofri por duas vezes na mesma. Honestamente não sei se estou levando azar ou realmente a escola não está nem ai para novos alunos. Já procurei a escola por duas vezes. A primeira, estava pessoalmente para fechar o horário e simplesmente não deixaram eu fazer a matricula alegando que apesar que o horário solicitado estar disponível dependia de escala para o mês de seguinte. Deixei meu telefone e nunca ligaram. Pela proximidade de minha casa, resolvi depois de dois meses tentar novamente. Marquei aula teste 7:30 ( a escola abre as 7) e ao chegar, fui informado que o professor não havia chegado e que entraria em contato para avisar que eu já estava esperando. O professor alegou atraso de 10 minutos por conta do transito. Dez minutos para uma escola abre as 7 seriam 40 minutos de atraso, não é mesmo??!! Não havia outro professor para esta aula teste e simplesmente um pedido de desculpas. A impressão que tenho é que a Academia deve ter muita procura e casos como o meu, são simplesmente ignorados.
I would like to publicly express my dissatisfaction with this tennis academy, due to the neglect that I have suffered twice in it. Honestly, I don't know if I'm being unlucky or if the school really doesn't care about new students. I've already gone to school twice. The first, I was personally about to close the timetable and they simply did not let me register, claiming that although the requested timetable was available, it depended on a scale for the following month. I left my phone and they never called. Due to the proximity of my house, I decided after two months to try again. I scheduled a test class at 7:30 (school opens at 7) and when I arrived, I was informed that the teacher had not arrived and that he would contact me to let me know that I was already waiting. The teacher claimed 10 minutes delay due to traffic. Ten minutes for a school to open at 7 would be 40 minutes late, wouldn't it??!! There was no other teacher for this test class and simply an apology. The impression I have is that the Academy must be in high demand and cases like mine are simply ignored.
