â â â â â ExperiĂȘncia horrĂvel ? 750 reais e humilhada quando precisei..
Dia 15/12 a vendedora Julia super anteciosa, comprei um oakley para meu esposo de presente e ainda fiz um cartĂŁo da loja, levei 42 (o nĂșmero dele) e cheguei em casa nĂŁo serviu. Perdi a nota mais como fiz um cartĂŁo com eles na prĂłpria loja, achei que nĂŁo teria dor de cabeça, Fui trocar hoje dia 17/12 me viram chegar com a sacola e os vendedores jĂĄ se afastaram, uma mulher loira na parte da manhĂŁ me barrou no meio da loja e lĂĄ mesmo jĂĄ disse que nĂŁo trocaria sem a nota (SEQUER OLHOU NO SISTEMA, NEM CHAMOU O GERENTE).. me disse que eu teria que ir atrĂĄs da nota fiscal da minha compra e imprimir pra entĂŁo trocar o tĂȘnis.. pois bem entrei em contato com o site da prĂłpria loja e me indicaram voltar la e me reenviaam a nota pelo watts.. CHEGANDO LA O GERENTE MATEUS, COM DEBOCHE FALANDO ALTO QUE NAO TROCA, QUE O PROBLEMA ERA MEU E QUE EU ESTAVA ERRADA EM NAO TER CUPOM NA MĂO, pedi humildemente que ele me ajudasse e foi muito humilhante, atĂ© que MOSTREI MINHA CONVERSA COM O SUPORTE DA LOJA E ELE Simplesmente VIROU E MANDOU EU VER O QUE EU QUERIA, NEM PEDIU DESCULPA , super mal instruĂdo, um mulecao que colocaram na gerĂȘncia... Triste o gerente ter feito isso, e pra finalizar as caixas SEM MĂSCARA EM PLENA PANDEMIA, NAO OLHAM NEM PRA SUA CARA, mascando chiclete de boca aberta.. LAMENTĂVEL
 Horrible experience ? 750 reais and humiliated when I needed it ..
On 12/15 the seller Julia was super anticipating, I bought an oakley for my husband as a gift and I even made a card from the store, I took 42 (his number) and I got home it didn't work. I lost the grade as I made a card with them in the store itself, I thought I wouldn't have a headache, I went to change today 12/17 they saw me arrive with the bag and the sellers have already left, a blonde woman in the morning it stopped in the middle of the store and even there I said that I would not change it without the receipt (HE HASN'T EVEN LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM, HE DIDN'T CALL THE MANAGER).. he told me I'd have to go after the invoice for my purchase and print it out so I could change the shoes .. well, I got in touch with the store's own website and they told me to go back there and they sent me the note again by watts.. THE MANAGER MATTHEW ARRIVING THERE, WITH DEBUTIZATION, SAYING LOUDLY THAT IT DOESN'T CHANGE, THAT THE PROBLEM WAS MY AND THAT I WAS WRONG IN NOT HAVING COUPON IN HAND, I humbly asked him to help me and it was very humiliating, until I SHOWED MY CONVERSATION WITH THE STORE SUPPORTER AND HE JUST TURNED AND SENDED ME TO SEE WHAT I WANTED, NOR ASKED FOR EXCUSE, super poorly instructed, a mulecao they put in the management... It's sad that the manager did this, and for f finalize the boxes WITHOUT MASK IN A FULL PANDEMIA, THEY DON'T EVEN LOOK AT YOUR FACE, chewing gum with their mouth open.

â â â â â Um lixo de loja e atendimento,nĂŁo Ăndico ninguĂ©m a comprar nessa loja, atendimento pĂ©ssimo, tentativa de troca pior ainda, nĂŁo conseguimos trocar o tĂȘnis, inventam um monte de coisas e nĂŁo respeitam o cliente, passem bem longe dessa loja!
A rubbish store and service, I don't recommend anyone to buy from this store, terrible service, even worse exchange attempt, we can't change the sneakers, they invent a lot of things and don't respect the customer, stay far away from this store!

â â â â â Fui no Ășltimo dia do ano e consegui comprar meu kit pro ano novo aos 45 do segundo tempo era a Ășnica loja aberta em toda a cidade eu acho, muito bom atendimento os vendedores sĂŁo muito ĂĄgeis sai satisfeito.
I went on the last day of the year and managed to buy my kit for the new year at 45 of the second half it was the only store open in the whole city I think, very good service the sellers are very agile I leave satisfied.
