Eu procurei tanto fazer um cartão de crédito nessa loja que eu nunca consegui e teve uma vez que eu consegui que foi lá na Rua Direita lá na Sé lá no centro de São Paulo. Onde o atendente me atendeu super bem e conseguiu fazer o cartão para mim e eu sempre vou lá nessa loja porque essa loja é muito boa e simplificação do ar e a partir. Eu acho que o mês que vem a tênis Bárbara vai trabalhar só com cartão de crédito, entendeu? E isso para mim é muito bom que antes não era assim, eu sou muito grato a tênis bar e todos os parças que trabalha lá na Rua Direita do centro de São Paulo nas é. Valeu rapaziada é nós, estamos junto.

I tried so hard to make a credit card at this store that I never got it and there was a time that I got it at Rua Direita at Sé in downtown São Paulo. Where the attendant attended me very well and managed to make the card for me and I always go there in this store because this store is very good and simplification of the air and leaving. I think that next month for tennis, Barbara will work only with a credit card, understand? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótimo atendimento presencial e péssimo atendimento da central que cuida dos cartões vinculados a loja,não dão assistência alguma e ainda te ofendem. Parei de comprar nessa loja por conta disso,e olha que já gastei bastante aí,tive ótimas experiências na loja,ótimos funcionários atenciosos e educados. Infelizmente terei que acionar o Procon para resolver o meu problema,já que a central desliga na cara do cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei compra de um tênis no valor R$ 550,00 ,corta vento R$ 340,00 que perfaz um total R$ 890,00, com a proposta de ser pagos em três vezes no cartão e as parcelas iria ficar pelos cálculos R$296,10 aproximadamente. Ao receber as faturas, as parcelas estavam no valor de 312,06 , discriminando juros % em valores. A gerente muito receptiva falando em nome de Jesus e Deus fechou sem falar no adicional de juros. Procurei o banco da fatura correspondeste para pedir explicações e foi informado que o vendedor ( gerente) adicionou a taxa da transação do cartão na fatura,cabendo a loja pagar não o cliente. Que nome dar a esse procedimento dessa mulher que classifico como mal caráter.
