★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como no site vocês o colocam das 10:00 as 22:00 se não fica aberto até esse horário fui as 20:20 e estava fechado podiam pelo menos colocar o horário de funcionamento correto para as pessoas não perderem tempo atualizem a página de vocês...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, no dia 14/10/17 por volta do 11:30 fomos minha esposa e eu na Tent Beach em São Miguel Paulista (Rua Serra Dourada) para comprar algumas roupas. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo vendedor (não me recordo o nome), mas tinha um dread enorme... Pois bem, escolhemos as roupas no total de "450,00" junto a ele e nos dirigimos ao caixa para efetuar o pagamento. Quando chegamos lá, apresentamos o celular para realizar a transação por meio do aplicativo SAMSUNG PAY. Logo de início a caixa totalmente despreparada e desinformada falou que não aceitava, quando minha esposa a questionou o por quê disse que a máquina de cartão não estava cadastrada (uma vez que isso não é necessário para tal transação). Enfim, ela como qualquer outra funcionária passou a responsabilidade para a gerente, que nem.fez questão de saber o que estava acontecendo e/ou qual era aquela forma de pagamento, simplesmente só disse que não. Se quer olhou pra gente, só nos ignorou e deu as costas. Minha esposa e eu nos sentimos muito constrangidos e deixamos todas as peças no caixa e não compramos nada (mesmo com outro cartão
no bolso). Esperava que a Tent Beach tomasse alguma providência em relação aos seus funcionários despreparados, pois quantas pessoas mais passarão pelo mesmo? Talvez caberia até um processo por danos, mas enfim, não é nossa intenção. Só queríamos alguma posição do por quê fomos tal mal interpretados por essa "gerente" desinformada que desconhece as novas tecnologias de pagamentos presentes no mercado!
Well, on 10/14/17 around 11:30 am we went to my wife and I at Tent Beach in São Miguel Paulista (Rua Serra Dourada) to buy some clothes. We were very well attended by the seller (I don't remember the name), but he had a huge dread ... Well, we chose the clothes in the total of "450.00" next to him and went to the cashier to make the payment. When we got there, we presented the cell phone to make the transaction through the SAMSUNG PAY app. Right from the start, the cashier was totally unprepared and uninformed and said he would not accept it, when my wife asked why she said the card machine was not registered (since this is not necessary for such a transaction). Anyway, she, like any other employee, passed the responsibility to the manager, who didn't even want to know what was going on and / or what the payment method was, she just said no. in the pocket). Did you expect Tent Beach to take action on its unprepared employees, as how many more people will go through it? Perhaps there would even be a case for damages, but anyway, it is not our intention. We just wanted some position as to why we were so misunderstood by this uninformed "manager" who is unaware of the new payment technologies on the market!
