Tentamos resolver de forma amigável, porém o responsável da empresa não demonstrou interesse em resolver a situação, nos deixando no prejuízo, tendo em vista que pagamos adiantando por um serviço que não recebemos e ainda ficamos com o tapete manchado. Não indico essa empresa.
Bad service, they did not comply with the service offered and the agreed upon, as well as delivered our stained carpet. We tried to solve it in a friendly way, but the company manager did not show interest in solving the situation, leaving us at a loss, considering that we paid in advance for a service that we did not receive and we still have the stained carpet. I do not recommend this company.
