★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cai muito a velocidade tem que ficar pedindo pra estabelecer a conexão muitas vezes no mês e o cliente antigo paga mais caro do que o que esta instalado recentemente ou seja não dão valor aos clientes antigos

Lousy service, agent calls ñ answers calls when it is through Whatsapp always asks the same thing they need to improve service! Since installing my internet I am without the payment slip I have been in contact until today ñ they delivered it to me!

Unfortunately when I hired this internet it guaranteed stability, but in reality it was the opposite, I was mostly without internet especially on weekends and it wasn't raining. the service leaves something to be desired. unfortunately my experience was bad.
