★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essas aí são aquelas famosas ambulâncias de mentira, que tipo 18:00hrs passam pelo trânsito já caótico, provocando ainda mais confusão ( e na maioria das vezes sem paciente ) como já vi várias vezes.
These are those famous fake ambulances, which type 6: 00hrs pass through the already chaotic traffic, causing even more confusion (and in most cases without a patient) as I have seen several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Filho deu entrada na clínica criança 24 horas no Méier no dia 31/11 as 7:30 da manhã,com um quadro de Asma.A Dra pediu a internação dele pois sua oxigenação estava baixa teve que ficar no oxigênio,pediram a ambulância dessa Empresa às 13:30 só chegaram na unidade para levá-lo,às 20:15 sem nenhuma explicação a me dar!!!!
Um Total desrespeito para com meu filho e à mim não indico à absolutamente ninguém o trabalho de vocês!!!! Com Saúde não se brinca e nem se espera...Isso não é novidade para vocês!!!!
My son was admitted to the child clinic 24 hours in Méier on 11/31 at 7:30 am, with a picture of Asthma. The doctor asked for his hospitalization because his oxygenation was low, he had to stay on oxygen, they asked for an ambulance. Company at 13:30 only arrived at the unit to take him, at 20:15 with no explanation to give me !!!!
Total disrespect for my son and me I do not indicate to anyone absolutely your work !!!! With Health, you don’t play and you don’t expect ... This isn’t news to you !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma remoção há 1 hora, a atendente disse que estavam vindo e agora 1 hora depois ela está me pedindo as informações que deveriam ter sido pedidas no momento que foi solicitado. E nada da ambulância....péssimo atendimento administrativo. Já tive problemas para conseguir nota fiscal em outras vezes em que usamos o serviço
I asked for a removal 1 hour ago, the attendant said they were coming and now 1 hour later she is asking me for the information that should have been asked for at the time it was requested. And nothing about the ambulance....bad administrative service. I've had problems getting an invoice at other times when we use the service
