No entanto, é o tipo lugar onde o serviço é precificado pelo humor de quem está lá ou pela cara do cliente, infelizmente só quem perde com isso é o cliente. No local, fui atendido pelo que aparentemente é filho do proprietário, o mesmo me informou um valor de R$ 200,00 para reposição do gás em um serviço, pouco tempo depois entrou um outro cliente e o pai cobrou R$ 100,00. No momento não criei nenhum tipo de desconforto, mas esse tipo de experiência não desejo à ninguém. Durante minha espera no local, foram contadas várias histórias de clientes que foram atendidos com excelência pelo local, mas a MINHA EXPERIÊNCIA como cliente foi a pior possível, não sei se foi apenas um dia ruim, mas confesso que não me agrada o pensamento de querer retornar um dia para evidenciar isso. Como sugestão: podem tabelar os preços dos serviços e deixar disponível para os clientes, com certeza vai minimizar o sentimento do cliente de estar sendo enganado. Quanto ao serviço, ficou suficientemente bom.

At the location, I was attended by what apparently is the owner's son, he informed me a value of R$ 200.00 to replace the gas in a service, a short time later another customer came in and the father charged R$ 100.00. At the moment I didn't create any discomfort, but that kind of experience I don't wish on anyone. During my wait at the site, several stories were told of customers who were served with excellence by the site, but MY EXPERIENCE as a customer was the worst possible, I don't know if it was just a bad day, but I confess that I don't like the thought of wanting return one day to evidence it. As a suggestion: you can table the prices of services and make it available to customers, it will certainly minimize the customer's feeling of being cheated. As for the service, it was good enough.
