★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente mensal da empresa há três anos. Tive problema no início quando não fizeram meu cadastro e por conta disso não puderam faturar minhas notas com prazo maior. Mas hoje, 29/11, fui extremamente mal atendida pela funcionária Rose (não tenho certeza se é esse o nome pq quando perguntei o nome ela disse várias vezes aos gritos QUE NÃO INTERESSAVA E NÃO IMPORTAVA).
Enfim, os produtos são bons, preço é bom mas a Rose é muito mal educada e não deveria fazer atendimento ao cliente. A Artemis sempre me atendeu muito bem e sempre foi muito educada, inclusive hoje enquanto presenciava tudo isso.
I am a monthly customer of the company for three years. I had trouble at the beginning when they did not register and because of this could not invoice my notes with longer term. But today, 11/29, I was extremely poorly attended by the employee Rose (I'm not sure if that's the name because when I asked her name she repeatedly shouted that she didn't care and didn't care).
Anyway, the products are good, price is good but Rose is very rude and should not do customer service. Artemis always served me very well and was always very polite, even today while witnessing all this.
