★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade é uma parada de ônibus, sem opções de assento, sem proteção para sol ou chuva. Pelo menos o ônibus sai no horário agendado e as pessoas se respeitam e ordenam a fila.
It's actually a bus stop, with no seating options, no protection from the sun or rain. At least the bus leaves at the scheduled time and people respect each other and order the line.

Minha sugestão é: Renovar os leitores de cartão, pois estão obsoletos e não oferecem a possibilidade de pagar como podemos. Sempre travam e atrapalham a nossa viagem. O cidadãos Escadenses agradecem e precisam desta renomada empresa no seu deslocamento diário, saindo ou retornando à Nossa Nobre Escada. Obrigado!
Excellent service. All employees are very helpful and courteous. I am extremely grateful to the entire team and the company. My suggestion is: Renew the card readers as they are obsolete and do not offer the possibility to pay as we can. They always get in the way and get in the way of our trip. The citizens of Escada thank and need this renowned company in their daily commute, leaving or returning to Nossa Nobre Escada. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar zero, seria bem melhor. Empresa sem o mínimo de respeito com o bom atendimento aos clientes. Motoristas mal educados, grossos e sem nem um pouco de empatia com o cliente. Sistemas engessados no ônibus, cadeiras velhas e funcionários totalmente despreparados para atender o público em geral. É completamente uma lástima vocês não terem concorrentes a nível, uma verdadeira pena! Tenho certeza que se eles existissem, provavelmente vocês procurariam ter mais um pouco de cuidado com as pessoas que pagam seus salários. Uma Vergonha!!! ???
If I could give zero, it would be much better. Company with no respect for good customer service. Rude, rude drivers and without even a little empathy with the customer. Systems plastered on the bus, old chairs and employees totally unprepared to serve the general public. It's quite a pity you don't have competitors at that level, a real shame! I'm sure that if they existed, you would probably try to be a little more careful with the people who pay your salaries. A shame!!! ???
