★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo de uma mulher q fica la, ao menos no fds. No site mostra os horatios dos onibus, qndo fui cobfirmar com ela, debochou da minha cara dizendo q tava errado e q nunca existiu onibus aquele horario, isso com tamanha grosseria.
Bad service from a woman who stays there, at least in the fds. On the site shows the hour of the bus, when I went to fray with her, mocked me saying that it was wrong and that bus never existed that schedule, that with such grossness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um terminal ok, nada a reclamar exatamente do terminal. Talvez ter um pouco mais de bancos ou mais espaço para se abrigar? Outras críticas em si não seriam dirigidas ao terminal e sim ao sistema de transporte público em geral.
It's an ok terminal, nothing to complain exactly from the terminal. Maybe have a few more seats or more room to shelter? Other reviews in themselves would not be addressed to the terminal but to the public transport system in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus de instante e instante. Para quase todos os lugares (centro, praia e rodoviária).
Os ônibus desse terminal são novos, o fiscal é bem atencioso, tem banheiros e bebedouros e os motoristas são muito educados. Além de ficar praticamente dentro de um shopping. Proporcionando assim uma sensação de segurança.
Recomendo
Instant and instant bus. Almost everywhere (downtown, beach and bus station).
The buses in this terminal are new, the inspector is very attentive, has bathrooms and drinking fountains and the drivers are very polite. Besides being practically inside a mall. Thus providing a sense of security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem vem de transporte público, é um local de difícil acesso pela falta de higiene, insegurança e poluição sonora. Quando você sai da integração, tem que lidar com inúmeros alternativos gritando, uma enorme quantidade de sujeira dos vendedores ambulantes e o esgoto correndo na rua, isso tudo junto! Quando se entra no local, já é um pouco mais organizado, mas o preço da alimentação não condiz com a infraestrutura do local. Falta por mais variedade de métodos de pagamento, além da redução de taxas, já que em nada é coerente com o ambiente que se presencia. Os assentos para quem está aguardando é péssimo, assim como os banheiros são sujos e insalubres. Em suma, precisa muito melhorar.
For those coming by public transport, it is a place of difficult access due to poor hygiene, insecurity and noise pollution.
