★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houve uma melhora significativa na integração ao longo desses anos, com a implementação de wi-fi gratuito por trinta minutos, instalação de pias fora do banheiro (o que é um alívio, já que o banheiro feminino emana um cheiro forte de urina) e há funcionários terceirizados para manter a ordem das filas e extração de dúvidas.
Gostaria que pudessem repor o álcool em gel e ao menos o sabão líquido nas pias, houve uma negligência nessa parte conforme o término da pandemia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou 5 estrelas pq falta muita coisa,o elevador não funciona a mais de três anos,esperando uma peça que nunca chega para consertar, estrutura péssima e se chover piora tudo,segurança zero pra quem larga tarde,ônibus com horários que não condizem com os trabalhadores que chegam após as 22hrs. Era pra ser modelo de integração ,já que é a rodoviária de Recife,era pra ter mais estrutura,mas bem cuidado.
 I don't give it 5 stars because there's a lot missing, the elevator hasn't worked for more than three years, waiting for a part that never arrives to fix, terrible structure and if it rains it makes everything worse, zero safety for those who leave late, buses with schedules that don't match workers arriving after 10pm. It was supposed to be a model of integration, since it is the bus station in Recife, it was supposed to have more structure, but well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tá um pouco abandonado. Precisa de reforma, iluminação nova, algum atrativo pra movimentar os comércios dentro. Tudo é tão apagado e sem graça que nem sei. Não é acolhedor, e por ser a porta de entrada da cidade para várias pessoas, deveria ser diferente. Os banheiros são limpos, o estacionamento tá coberto de Mato, a noite é muito escuro nos arredores e bem perigoso. No desembarque intermunicipal, praticamente precisa andar o espaço todo, dando voltas desnecessárias para pegar os ônibus locais e o metrô. Ambulantes e pedintes nas plataformas do metrô (todo mundo tem necessidades, mas parece que ninguém liga para eles no meio do lixo). Lixo e sinais de descaso em vários pontos. Precisa melhorar bastante.
It's a little abandoned. It needs reform, new lighting, some attraction to move the shops inside. Everything is so dull and dull that I don't even know. It is not welcoming, and as it is the gateway to the city for many people, it should be different. The bathrooms are clean, the parking lot is covered in weeds, the night is very dark in the surroundings and very dangerous. When disembarking intercity, you practically have to walk the entire space, taking unnecessary turns to catch the local buses and the subway. Street vendors and beggars on subway platforms (everyone has needs, but no one seems to care about them in the middle of the garbage). Garbage and signs of neglect in several spots. It needs to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good integrated station, in relation to the rest of the SEI system it is the quietest and lowest index of clutter, in it you can use your cell phone at will, because it has private security and often police rounds ... it has electronic tellers ( 6 in all) of the 24 hour Bank system, and snack bar (prices always more expensive than in any corner of this entire state).
