★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação aos outros terminais de Recife esse até agora é o melhor. Os usuários respeitam a fila, não existe briga para ver quem entra primeiro levando vantagem de quem estava na fila. O único problema de lá são os ônibus da cidade alta, maioria velho, quebra demais, dia de chuva é o pior momento pois praticamente chove dentro do ônibus. Os donos das empresas deveriam parar de olhar apenas para o umbigo deles e começar a olhar quem utiliza o serviço público de ônibus. Não vou nem citar a questão assalto.
 In relation to the other terminals in Recife, this one is the best so far. Users respect the queue, there is no fight to see who enters first, taking advantage of who was in the queue. The only problem there are the buses in the upper city, mostly old, it breaks too much, rainy day is the worst moment because it practically rains inside the bus. Business owners should stop looking only at their navel and start looking at who uses the public bus service. I will not even mention the robbery issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podre mil vezes podre ... Banheiro é o fim. Todo abandonado esse terminal a única vantagem é por que as pessoas respeitam as filas, são educadas. Nota zero pra limpeza dos banheiros e nota zero pra simpatia dos fiscais e funcionários. Muito animal abandonado e os cães avançam sem você fazer nada. Falta manutenção.
Rotten a thousand times rotten ... Bathroom is the end. Every abandoned this terminal the only advantage is that people respect the lines, are polite. Grade zero for cleanliness of bathrooms and grade zero for the friendliness of the inspectors and employees. Many abandoned animals and dogs advance without you doing anything. Lack of maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui altamente maltratada pelo motorista de veículos do dia 9/03/2022 no horário de 21:15 me fez passar por um bechamel dentro do veículos por eu não querer seguir para a parte de trás do veículos ,por motivo de está um garoto de rua ,que o mesmo abril a porta para ele entra ,pois o motorista veio em alta velocidade quase bateu em um carro ,não parou corretamente na parada ,estremamente estressado ,quando foi minha hora de desse só parou em outra parada e não a que eu tinha que desse fui ameaçada ao falar que iria denunciar ele .
