★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda falta um pouco mais de manutenção no terminal tem muitas goteiras quando chove e deveria ter banheiro mais acessíveis nós terminal e na rodoviária tbm .
There is still a little more maintenance in the terminal, there are a lot of leaks when it rains and there should be more accessible bathrooms at the terminal and at the bus station too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa uma única estrela foi por conta da atendente da bilheteria (não consegui ver o nome) Ontem dia 25/11 por volta das 12:40 fui comprar 2 bilhetes na bilheteria da metra ao lado do paço em sbc. Falei 3x pra atendente que eram 2 bilhetes e ela nem prestou atenção, pois estava no rádio se comunicando com alguém... Ao reclamar ela mandou eu me lascar, e disse que estava ocupada! Atendimento péssimo, vcs deveriam prestar mais atenção em quem contrata! Tanta gente esucada precisando de emprego!!
This one star was due to the ticket agent (I couldn't see the name) Yesterday, 11/25, around 12:40, I went to buy 2 tickets at the metra box office next to the palace in sbc. I told the attendant 3x that there were 2 tickets and she didn't even pay attention, because she was on the radio talking to someone... When she complained, she told me to have a chip, and said she was busy! Terrible service, you guys should pay more attention to who you hire! So many people needing jobs!!

Já tive problemas com a falta de educação da moça da bilheteria, e hj caiu a energia aqui e a Silvanete foi super grossa ao responder os passageiros que estavam aguardando na catraca. Atendimento por máquinas estava sendo bem melhor dobque por esses funcionários despreparados e sem vontade de trabalhar!
Very rude employees! I've had problems with the girl at the box office's lack of education, and today the power went out here and Silvanete was super rude when answering the passengers who were waiting at the turnstile. Service by machines was being much better than by these unprepared and unwilling employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não foi liberado as máscaras, mas os agentes que trabalham aí são pagos somente para ficar sentados e impedir que entre gente sem pagar.. vida boa né. Muita gente entra sem Máscara nos ônibus os motoristas nem vê.. os motoristas impedem quando entra pela porta da frente.. mas nos terminais os agentes estão nem aí.. Isso não é culpa do governo, é culpa da gestão falha e das pessoas..
The masks haven't been released yet, but the agents who work there are paid just to stay seated and prevent people from entering without paying... good life, right? A lot of people get on the bus without a mask, the drivers don't even see it.. the drivers stop you when you enter the front door.. but at the terminals, the agents don't care.. This is not the government's fault, it's the fault of management and people. .
