A Planilha colada na parede que apresenta o horário dos ônibus nem sempre é respeitada, sendo que já vi por várias vezes motoristas que saem do terminal direto para o trajeto da Itapetinga, sem fazer seu percurso dentro do conjunto Nova Natal, impactando a população do conjunto que já tem poucas opções de ônibus.
