Clean and maintained place, but I had a terrible service by the attendant who was selling tickets. However, after the incident, the site supervisor apologized for the attitudes of the same.

Vendedor de bilhetes despreparado. Lanchonete muito fraca. Transporte do centro até o terminal insuficiente e caro. Ponto de embarque e carregamento poderia ser muito mais acessível.
Ao que parece os investidores nao estão preocupados com isto.
VIP service from Cassiléia, terminal manager. Excellent person.
Ticket salesman unprepared. Very weak cafeteria. Transport from the center to the terminal is insufficient and expensive. Boarding and loading point could be much more affordable.
It seems that investors are not concerned with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem infraestrutura pra ser algo bem mais organizado, mas deixa a desejar e muito do que se espera para um local que dezenas de milhares utilizam todos os dias, usem e vejam a humilhação por si só desses ferrys que raramente saem no horário, se alguém em sã consciência consegue dar mais de 3 estrelas pra isso ou tecer elogio não deve viajar com frequência, pq mesmo q isso fosse de graça não o fariam.
It has infrastructure to be something much more organized, but it leaves something to be desired and much of what is expected for a place that tens of thousands use every day, use and see the humiliation alone of these ferries that rarely leave on time, if anyone in in their right mind can give more than 3 stars to that or praise should not travel often, because even if it was free they wouldn't do it.

If case you're on a road trip and need the ferry services especially if you didn't purchase a ticket in advance, make sure to arrive earlier than usual to the dock to get a spot in line for those seeking space on the ferry. The company in charge of this service is terrible in answering customers through phone, but once you're at the physical location, they can help you out.
