★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de não utilizar muito o aparelho, ou seja, mais para embarque e desembarque, sinto falta de bancos para espera. A lanchonete é boa com opções variadas de lanches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar como outros terminais de cidades interioranas. O sanitário feminino é amplo, porém as usuárias não têm cuidado em deixá-lo limpo após o uso. Também, devido ao fluxo, não dá tempo da funcionária limpar entre uma pessoa e outra.
It is a place like other terminals in inland cities. The women's toilet is large, but users are not careful to leave it clean after use. Also, due to the flow, there is no time for the employee to clean between one person and another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixa a desejar, assim como a maioria dos terminais rodoviários dos interiores da Bahia, em que pese ser a maior/primeira porta de recepção dos turistas e visitantes, a infraestrutura precisa de manutenção e maior cuidado. Ambientes que são antigos não precisam ser descuidados. Não é possível identificar e distinguir funcionário de passageiro. A estrutura para espeta é desconfortável, os bancos são de cimento, como os antigos bancos de praça. O ponto positivo eh que ela é bem ventilada por ser o teto/telhado muito alto.
It leaves something to be desired, like most bus terminals in the interior of Bahia, despite being the largest/first reception door for tourists and visitors, the infrastructure needs maintenance and greater care. Environments that are old don't need to be careless. It is not possible to identify and distinguish employee from passenger. The skewer structure is uncomfortable, the benches are made of cement, like the old square benches. The positive point is that it is well ventilated because the ceiling/roof is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da estrutura ser basicamente a mesam desde nasci em cruz, há 38 anos, sempre foi um ambiente calmo, limpo e que nos traz lembranças marcantes das idas e vindas cruzalmente por estado e país a fora. E quem já não saiu numa viagem de mudança e ficou espreitado despedindo do olhar, cada canto cidade um canto de nossa vida. Aprendi que existe basicamente dois tipos de pessoas em todas cidades. O que só andam a falar mal de sua terra natal. E, aqui me encaixo, sabe o valor seio que o amamentou. Pra todo sempre cruzalmense.
Despite the structure being basically the table since I was born in Cruz, 38 years ago, it has always been a calm, clean environment that brings us remarkable memories of the comings and goings across state and country. And who hasn't already gone on a journey of change and was lurking saying goodbye to the look, every corner of the city a corner of our life. I learned that there are basically two types of people in every city. Which are only badmouthing their homeland. And, here I fit in, you know the value of the breast that breastfed him.
