★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nas agências de viagens não é bom. Nenhuma lanchonete no terminal ou próximo passa cartão. Local é bem desconfortável para passar mais de uma hora em espera. O que se observa é o descaso com o cliente, mas é o passageiro que não vive sem o transporte e não o contrário. Por isso que fazem o que quer.
Attendance at travel agencies is not good. No snack bar at the terminal or next passes card. Venue is very uncomfortable to spend over an hour on hold. What is observed is the disregard of the customer, but it is the passenger who does not live without transportation and not the other way around. That's why they do what they want.

Estou indo embora para PALMAS horário de embarque 8:30 e já e 22:14 e só a mesma coisa que o ônibus está chegando...perguntei para alguns comerciante daqui da rodoviária e eles falaram que isso na REAL MAIA SEMPRE ACONTECE....????????

I'm leaving for PALMAS boarding time 8:30 and it's already 22:14 and just the same thing that the bus is arriving... I asked some merchants here at the bus station and they said that this ALWAYS HAPPENS at REAL MAIA... .????????
