★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banheiros limpos, bom atendimento, espaçoso, acesso p/cadeirantes, bom estacionamento, bastante banco p/quem está esperando os ônibus, as placas bem sinalizadas dentro do terminal, linhas municipais e intermunicipal dentro do terminal, bastante lixeiras contendo suas divisórias,ex:. Papel, plástico etc... ônibus limpos.
Clean bathrooms, good service, spacious, access for wheelchair users, good parking, plenty of seats for those waiting for buses, well-signposted signs inside the terminal, municipal and intercity lines inside the terminal, plenty of bins containing their partitions, ex: . Paper, plastic etc ... clean buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionárias que auxiliam quando vamos carregar os bilhetes são totalmente despreparadas, houve um problema na máquina onde se carrega c cartão de débito (algo que deveria ser solucionado rapidamente e informaram que somente em 24h, mesmo só tendo uma máquina), e não autorizam os passageiros em usar o caixa eletrônico ao lado de fora para sacar. Sistema pré histórico, não facilitam e ainda são extremamente grossas e debochadas!!! Estou super chateada.
