★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acessibilidade excelente, ônibus para diversas regiões de Carapicuíba e demais regiões. Ao finais de semana o ideial é sempre ir com antecedência, pois a circulação de ônibus é um pouco reduzida, assim demorando um pouco mais o percurso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente foi mal projetado, porém agora "o que não tem remédio remediado está". Faltam alguns ajustes para que funcione como um verdadeiro terminal metropolitano, algumas linhas municipais não possuem pontos de parada no interior, os motoristas dos ônibus são obrigados a fazerem manobras de riscos, os usuários são obrigados a conviverem com ambulantes irregulares e moradores em situação de rua, as escadas rolantes (principalmente subir) raramente funciona, falta ainda o acesso (passarela) ligando Calçadão a Estação CPTM. Com o término das obras do Terminal Intermunicipal certamente haverá uma melhora, mas enquanto isso não acontece a eficiência deste Terminal fica a desejar.
Initially it was poorly designed, but now "what has no remedy is". Missing some adjustments to function as a true metropolitan terminal, some municipal lines do not have stopping points inside, bus drivers are required to make risk maneuvers, users are forced to live with irregular street and residents on the streets , the escalators (mostly up) rarely works, still lack access (walkway) linking Boardwalk CPTM Station. With the completion of the works of the Inter-Terminal there will certainly be an improvement, but until that happens the efficiency of this Terminal is desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal ficou horrivel para quem precisa pegar o trem e vs. Se está chovendo, alem de ter que abrir o guarda chuva para fazer a travessia para o trem , fica todo mundo amuntuado naquele corredor minusculo, estava melhor a saida na onde sempre foi.
Terminal was horrible for those who need to take the train and you. If it's raining, in addition to having to open the umbrella to make the crossing to the train, everyone is crowded in that tiny corridor, it was better to exit where it always was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely ugly, dark, dirty, and unsafe place. Horrible! It should be cleaned and well lighting. Too much time to build up that place and it still seems unfinished, what a shame! That city deserves a better bus terminal not a dark spot. I would not feel safe there and I guess nobody would be too.
