★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala de espera, as posições dos assentos ficaram péssimos, não tem um bebedouro, ar condicionado deficiente, falta mais TVs e a q tem fica desligada.
Na entrada da rodoviaria além da estrutura q precisa melhor a segurança tb e falha e tem muitos andarilhos oportunando quem passa.
 Waiting room, seating positions were terrible, there is no drinking fountain, poor air conditioning, lack of more TVs and the one that has it is turned off.
At the entrance to the highway, in addition to the structure that needs better security, it also fails and there are many walkers opportunizing those who pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar nojento! Cheio de mendigos e dependentes químicos pedindo dinheiro a cada passo que vc da. Sem contar o mal cheiro dessa rodoviária! Drogas correndo a solta e ninguém faz nada! Mendigos a cada metro que você anda! Pior que ainda te perseguem por dinheiro. Esses dias um ficou me seguindo pq tinha me achado "bonitinha" fiquei muito assustada! As pessoas que utilizam essa rodoviária, usam pq precisam! Nada mais justo que um lugar mais agradável. Daqui a pouco vira um centro só pra mendigo. Desprezível. Ninguém faz NADA a respeito disso.
Disgusting place! Full of beggars and drug addicts asking for money every step you take. Not to mention the bad smell of that bus station! Drugs running rampant and nobody does anything! Beggars with every meter you walk! Worse still, they chase you for money. These days one was following me because he had thought I was "cute" I was very scared! People who use this bus station, use because they need to! Nothing fairer than a nicer place. Soon it will become a center just for beggars. Negligible. Nobody does ANYTHING about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa rodoviária é um verdadeiro nojo ! Mais parece um centro de reabilitação para dependentes químicos. Sem falar que você não consegue andar 10 metros sem ser abordado por alguém pedindo dinheiro. Os pontos de ônibus que ficam do outro lado da rua se tornaram verdadeiras barracas para moradores de rua. Os banheiros são totalmente nojentos, onde você encontra ratos com certa facilidade ! A pessoa que se alimenta no interior dessa rodoviária merece um troféu de reconhecimento pela coragem... Simplesmente LAMENTÁVEL!
This bus station is truly disgusting! More like a rehabilitation center for drug addicts. Not to mention you can't walk 10 meters without being approached by someone asking for money. The bus stops across the street have become real tents for homeless people. Bathrooms are totally disgusting, where you can easily find mice! The person who eats inside this bus station deserves a trophy of recognition for their courage... Simply DISGUSTING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O terminal rodoviário de Ribeirão Preto não comporta a quantidade de passageiros, pois, utilizei durante a semana e os banheiros estavam sujos, velhos, precisando de manutenção (portas quebradas, suporte para papel higiênico e etc) muito lotados, com filas para utilização. O pessoal da limpeza não dava conta de realizar a limpeza de forma eficaz.
Imagino o caos durante os finais semana e feriados.
The Ribeirão Preto bus terminal does not support the number of passengers, because I used it during the week and the bathrooms were dirty, old, in need of maintenance (broken doors, toilet paper holder, etc.) The cleaning staff couldn't handle the cleaning effectively.
I imagine the chaos during weekends and holidays.
