★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Ternium é uma grande empresa que trabalha com movimentação de minério de ferro e beneficiamento siderurgico do mesmo, é uma empresa muito organizada e de clima organizacional muito bom, a equipe de trabalho e competente e muito dedicada, a educação é o ponto forte, a gente se sente bem dentro da equipe, a segurança e o controle são fantástico e o jeito de lidar com as situações são exemplares! A portaria é muito legal e tem uma máquina que podemos comprar biscoitos, doces e refrigerantes, achei inovador e criativo, e se chegar com fome tem onde se virar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como motorista de carreta, digo,: horrível, banheiro sujos, já no primeiro horário da manhã, chuveiros só com água fria, pessoal da lanchonete da casa do caminhoneiro não dão nenhum atenção, fui tomar um café e fazer lanche, mas me senti invisível, mesmo com uma só pessoa ao meu lado, somente a refeição da janta quando cheguei foi ótimo atendimento, e também a refeição, o resto é muita burocracia e falta de informação...se puder evitar é melhor.
As a truck driver, I say: horrible, dirty bathrooms, first thing in the morning, showers only with cold water, staff at the cafeteria at the truck driver's house don't pay any attention, I went for a coffee and a snack, but I felt invisible , even with only one person by my side, only the dinner meal when I arrived was great service, and also the meal, the rest is a lot of bureaucracy and lack of information...if you can avoid it, it's better.
